Epic failure in customer support. Failed to deliver purchased product twice! Wasted my time ...
Epic failure in customer support. Failed to deliver purchased product twice! Wasted my time with both waiting for a product which they failed to deliver and playing phone tag with employees. Got shunted from online support number to store to contracted delivery vendor to disconnected. Money talks so I walked and cancelled my order after 3 weeks.
