I bought an Air conditioner for my room and the price was for $149 and was charged for $219. Asked the cashier why you can mark it as $149, he stated that it’s a lot of paperwork for him and he had to refund my return! He never tried to contact store manager or supervisor at all!

This Home Depot store in Alexandria puts the others in the area to shame. Their employees are always available to assist customers. I was able to find most of the items that i went in looking for.

They have scheduled to deliver the product on 06/24, but no one at sale inform that delivers in 3 installments, the main pressure treated wood was not deliver, no one called before delivery that your iteam are not completely available. When call to store they put me on hold with 3 different people for 100 mins, when ask for Manager never received a call back from Stor Manager. Today receive call again that your products not available request to cancel full order, Rep said Manager will which not received.

No masks for employees, even management. Stay away, apparently its too hard to follow CDC guidelines on not spreading a deadly virus.

The instore experience is good and the staff are friendly, but the next day delivery team clearly has a reputation for avoiding any items that require heavy lifting. I have now had one order, and heard of another order from a neighbor, where the only items delivered in the next day delivery service were the light items in the order. Anything else (such as bricks or pavers) were left out without any notice or reason since the items were clearly in stock. Use the next day delivery service with caution

Poor customer service.

It is the employees that keep me coming back to this store. A cashier named Amir is the hero of the day in my book. He went above and beyond his duties to service this customer. His help upon the return of the Home Depot rental truck and his help with the disposal of the pallets was a a great help. While he told me that we would ensure that the pallets were disposed his fellow cashier was firm that I had to remove the pallet. I would have had no place to dispose of them other than leaving them at their front door. Amir assured his fellow coworker that he would handle it. He is one of the reasons I come back! Thank you Amir.

Friendly staff members, about everything in stock, clean and organized, and did I say it's in a convenient location? Can't get any better. Shout-out to Eliot Black for being an exemplar employee!

Store is always clean, assistant is available when needed in any department, staff is extra friendly and helpful, travel far just to come to this location.

Store has gone downhill over the last 18 months. Formerly well staffed with experienced dedicated professionals, now the average DIYer would know more about the tools and products in the store than most of the employees. The two main aisles have become cluttered with stands/displays making it difficult to navigate with the larger flatbed or lumber carts. The store has become generally dirty. Corners and ledges have built up a pile of dirt and dust. Many of the boxed goods also have a thick coat of dust. Behind the front row of displays are half full, mismatched boxes of random merchandise. The self checkout lane has finally been upgraded to the new consoles which is nice. Having spent thousands of dollars in DIY improvements at this store over the last two years, I have reached out to the store managers on several occasions with no response. Used to be my go-to store, but lately I have been driving a few extra miles to the other location and/or the competitors.

Terrible service after spending thousands of dollars at the picket st Home Depot won’t take a return after 30 days.

The Garden Center staff and supervisor were very helpful. They assisted in selection of some end of season perennials for my landscaping.

Rude employees at Customer Service Desk. No employees at all at Returns. Employees standing around on own cell phones or store phones (Kesha 20)

This store has been going downhill over the last 8 months. The employees used to be their highlight, but there has been tremendous turnover and the new team is generally rude, inexperienced, and not interested in helping the customers. Today I saw a uniformed (aproned) employee ignore multiple customers while having a personal phone conversation, on speakerphone! Drive a little further to another location or the competition.
