At some point in time, motivation, proper training and teamwork should factor into this store. Im amazed that this particular store is still standing with the low feedback ratings it receives. If your employees need help with issues, help them to help the guest. Don't walk away!! The cashier behind the self service counter was very friendly, but needed a LOT OF TRAINING!! This store puts the other Home Depots down a notch.

We had a problem with a purchase but the store manager listened to us and restored our faith in the store. Having employees that care about the customer is extremely important. We enjoy our trips to Home Depot in Albert Lea, Minnesota. We drive 30 minutes to get there and are usually greeted by friendly employees. Most employee can give you answers or find the answers to questions we have. Home Depot has a large variety of items to offer.

Was at this store a few days ago and was so disappointed with the service I left without purchasing anything. Sue the manager called me direct and straighten out my problems and helped me. She even helped to check me out and load my vehicle. Very nice & pleasant lady.

Susanna L was very helpful with my search for closet door hardware, I was looking in the wrong aisle, She looked at the old one I had and went to a different department an found exactly what I wanted.
