My husband and I had a great experience working with 3 of the employees that offered us their help! Each of them were awesome to work with and made sure that we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions! Hats off to Janine Marks, Kristilyn Hunter and Kathy Register! You gals are the BEST!!! We really like the store, it's clean and full of great helpful employees! We'll be back again and again!!

I enjoy coming to this Home Depot Alot it is in Albert Lea. The workers are really nice and they don't mind if you ask them to help you. I have been lost before and the employees come to you & ask you if they can help you. Then take you to the product also. The Employees make me want to come back to this Home Depo. I received some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this store. The associate that "attempted" to assist me was far from friendly, ill-tempered and repeatedly tried to blow me off after his failed attempts to locate an Item i required.

Our experience was unreal. Never thought when we left home at 10:30 in the morning that we would be finally done shopping and home at 8:30. Long day, Lunch on the road on our way to Mankato to try and finish what we started in Albert Lea. We will be happy with the end results but it took a long time getting there. The help In Mankato was not near had great as in Albert Lea. two sale men were not helpful in Mankato, the check out gal was wonderful. She was able to get extra sheets of the tile that were damaged and sold them at 50% off just insurance that we would have enough once the tile installer gets to put them in for us. We will shop in Albert Lea as they are only 34 miles from us. Rochester only had 5 sheets of the tiles we needed and they would have been farther to drive and only would have ended up with 3 boxes. now we have 3 full boxes and enough extra to make sure we get it all completed.

Every time I have visited this store the employees are always helpful, Knowledgeable and kind.

Their store was very organized everything was clearly marked and their staff was very helpful especially Kristilyn Hunter She help me pick out a stove she help me fill out paperwork to get a credit card for Home Depot she did a print out went and picked it up at the service counter and then came and found me in the store which really impressed me

The Paint department needs more knowledgeable people. The woman that was working this department clearly didn't want to work on this day. My husband and I were in a few days prior and picked up a gallon of paint. Today we tried to pick up another gallon and was given numerous excuses as to why she couldn't mix up a gallon. Very disappointing!

This is the closest HOME DEPOT to my home and I have shopped their for 14 years and always find what I am looking for and some times I find more than what I set out to buy. I enjoy shopping at this home depot in Albert Lea, MN..

Associate kristilyn Hunter was excellent to work with.

The customer service at this store was wonderful, Quienten and Suzanne were very helpful and made sure that I left satisfied with my whole experience. I was able to leave with everything I came in for and my husband is sure to have a great Fathers Day thanks to them.
