My shopping experience was wonderful due to Michael in appliances who had me smiling and laughing by the time the purchase was completed. He is the model employee who makes me want to return. I hope his manager gets this so they will know you've got a great employee on your hands. Don't let him get away!!!

I have enjoyed this store since it was built. Only 1/8th mile from my home makes it a great go to place.

I really enjoy coming to the store because the employees always seem to be friendly. Michael in plumbing is always helpful when I come in when he's there.

I am always excited to see Michael in plumbing. I can always rely on his assistance. He's always smiling and friendly with customers. He's not afraid to say if he's not sure about something and I respect him even more for that. You need more employees like him.

Its a waste of time to go and order anything as they cannot fill the order as it may be more items than the store has on hand, or that each store is allowed to have on hand. It takes an eternity to wait for them to ship in from other stores and the nmanager was no help when asked if he could or would order more of the same item...it was basically a "NO". He really acted as if it was an imposition to him and he would not even try to help.

The only real issue I have with this store is the lack of staffing in the evenings. This is pretty unprofessional. Michael in plumbing is always so great. He's a big reason I enjoy coming back. I know he's willing to help and has a great attitude.

Ok both Maranda and Melissa get atta girls from me. Anyone need assistance should see them. They made my experience amazing. Thank you both :-)

Having lived in California, Washington, Georgia, and now Oregon, I can say that the Albany store #4009 has exceeded my expectations as well as always being a pleasure to frequent! How many Home Depot store can you say that about?! Service is ALWAYS plentiful and helpful, as well as friendly, courteous, and professional. Well done Albany!!!

Got a new fridge today.

I have shopped the Albany Home Depot for years and after Friday night 5/24/2019 I think I will be finding a different place to get what I need. Employees are to busy talking to other employees about their personal lives and not helping me load the heavy things I bought. I am in my mid 60's and just can't lift this stuff anymore. Some help would have been nice. I would also like to thank the young couple that stopped loading their goods to load my things, heavy cement blocks. If it had not been for them I truly believe I would have hurt myself.

My favorite store! The employees are all so kind, cheerful, and helpful. I've never come across a single employee who was grouchy or acted like I was unimportant. I've been to other Home Depot stores, but none compares with the Albany, Oregon store. It's always a treat to shop here.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Staff is also very friendly in a professional way. They make it worth shopping there. Thank you for the veteran's parking -- I don't qualify for handicap parking, but I need the extra help of close parking; thank you! And thank you for always asking if you can assist me in loading stuff into my truck; my wife also appreciates this very much!

There were 2 people that stood out at the Albany store. Iliyah at the customer service desk was incredibly busy and by herself. I heard her call for assistance. However, she was able to get my return taken care of and I was able to go on with my shopping. She was very pleasant and kept a smile on her face. Why was the customer service desk not better staffed? Michael in plumbing took me to the exact piece I needed, asked me what I was working on and made a couple of suggestions for what I needed to do. He says he's not a plumber but he was very confident and apparently more knowledgeable than he gives himself credit for because his suggestions saved me a LOT of time. THAT is what customer service is all about!!!

Highly recommend, everyone has such great personality’s. Only thing I don’t like it getting asked to open a credit card account every time I come in and also hearing it over the intercom. Please just chose one asking individually or over the intercom.

Enjoy this store. Passed up the Corvallis store and a Lowe's to go to this store specifically.

I am always excited to see Michael in plumbing if he's working because he always greets me with a smile. He remembers the past projects I was working on and asks what I'm working on now. Even when I don't need something specifically in the plumbing department he will do his best to help me find what I need and if he is having a problem always looks for someone within that department to assist me. He always tries his best to help me get what I need and apologizes if you don't have it.

The Home Depot in Albany is a clean an organized store tools fairly easy to find and employees are for the most part helpful and the merchandise is good quality I've only really had a couple bad experiences there which ain't bad considering how much are shop there

We visited the Albany Home Depot twice today...Such a busy store!!! The employees were helpful and our Cashier was very cheerful. It was all around a great shopping experience.

The employees were very helpful. And store was very clean.

It never fails that when I go to Home Depot I am greeted and welcomed like I am part of the family. The store employees are so helpful and if for some reason they can't answer a question they find someone right away that can help me.

Employee in Mailbox dept, Mike was great with customer check out. Your credit check sucks, O'well, that's why I deal with cash or bank card.
