[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the safety feature so when you set the oven temperature you have a start button to push , the turbo burns on top are a some but make sure you watch it very carefully so you don't burn your food , the 2 med and one small on to simmer

It was very convenient to have the Propane Conversion Kit available with this unit as this range is used in my cottage. Love the multiple BTU burners. Two quality issues: 1: Drip pan clip missing on RH side. 2. Oven Door Seal has mis aligned clip causing the seal to fold and not seal. Need parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my old one as I am upgrading my kitchen. Setup was quick and easy. The 5th burner and griddle plate provide additional flexibility when cooking and the oven gets to the desired temperature in a timely manner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no comparison hands down this stove is número uno! It get our cooking essentials down and with 5 kids it is quick and convenient! I love my gas stove!

I bought 4 of these appliances! $400 dollars to fix! Plastic mount where a door handle screw attaches has broken. This caused the rest of the door to fall apart as it is a poor design where the entire door relies on two screws for it to be held together.

When we got it we moved it inside the house and the glass on the oven brook shattered every where we done nothing to it, I called them to come out and look at it for them to get us a new door and they said that was cosmetic and that was not covered in there warranty, That's not right, cause the glass is on the over to keep it safe from being Burt , they said it was not a safety issue I disagree with that, it will cost me $275,000 to get a new glass replaced on my oven they did nothing for me, I will never buy a another thing from them again.

i only had the stove a year and the entire oven glass broke. right before this the door handle feel off on one side. horrible product. upon reading the reviews i see it’s not uncommon

Oven has a very cheap feel and build. Should have known when installing the oven. It felt as if weighed half as much as our old GE. The gasket on this oven is made of a rubber that was coming off before it was even installed. I have never seen a rubber gaseket on an oven prior to this. Most every oven has a braided stainless gasket. The entire back panel of the oven where the control panel is located moves and or flexes when you are making inputs for temp or other options. Noticable oven burner and cumbustion noise when oven is on. Oven door is thin with little to no insulation and provides minimal to no heat dissipation. The handle feels very warm and forget about touching the glass or surrounding stainless as it will burn you if you are not carful. Very dangerous for young kids. Significant heat can be felt through interior on either side of our base cabinets. I had some chocolates in one of our cabinets next to the oven and the heat coming off the oven began softening them after a very short cooking period maybe an hour. As far as the cook top goes the simmer is a bit of a challenge as the flame is too strong. Whirlpool dropped the ball on this unit, its definitely on the lower end of buget ovens. I would not reccomed this oven and The Home Depot should pull this product from their stores.

Our Whirlpool range came with a new home purchase and within 6 months door handle on the oven failed for us as well. The handle failed when I opened the door and the tempered glass shattered flinging glass all over the kitchen floor. Very dangerous.

I bought this oven a couple of years ago. It has been an issue since we got it. The broiler in the bottom of the oven is a terrible feature. You have to get on your hands and knees to put anything in or take it out. It’s really complicated when you have kids and pets. It feels very unsafe. The main reason you should not buy this oven is because a few days ago the inside layer of glass in the oven shattered while I was cooking dinner. I had the oven at 400 degrees. It sent hot glass all over my kitchen floor and all over inside the oven. When I called Home Depot and Whirlpool they said there is nothing they can do because it’s not under warranty. It’s extremely frustrating as this is a safety hazzard! I do not recommend this product and don’t want anyone else to have this scary experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, having the broiler in the bottom is useless. You have to get on your hands and knees to use it and that's just not practical. I must have missed the specifications about this or I never would've purchased this model. The range only came with 2 flimsy metal racks. 1 in the broiler and 1 in the main oven. The bars are very wide and you can't cook a pizza directly on the rack or it will fall through. Any heavy baking pans will cause the shelves to bow a little. The gas top knobs stick out a little too much for my liking and aren't even with front. I really like the full grated top, but they stain easily. Gas burner tops are good and powerful. You'll need to turn the gas down or the flames will extend past even large pots. Overall it's just an average gas range.

I am not sure how long it may have been in a warehouse...This was very disappointing. I do however love the added grill for stovetop. I have gotten quite a bit of use out of it. I would purchase again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new stove and this was the best choice! Fits my needs and even more than I expected!!

My husband and I purchased this until in 2018. January 2021 we are having all of our flooring replaced. The guys moved the stove and there is a huge burn spot under the oven. I very rarely use the oven and the broiler. Very rarely. Whirlpool sent out an appliance technician to make sure all the appropriate parts are in place and they were. Whirlpool determines there is “nothing wrong” with the unit. The tech actually said he would not use the oven / broiler because of the obvious fire hazard. This has been the first and only gas range I’ve ever owned - I was shocked when I found that the “broiler” is in the very bottom of the unit. You literally have to put your food almost in the floor to brown anything. I don’t recommend this unit!
