[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of few models to fit into our older kitchen. It is arguably to only sun 22 cf fridge out there for our restricted dimension. Noisier than previous sears model but apparently that is due to better efficiency. One still will be able to sleep and talk close to the unit but still why it has to be that way? Gray sides are a plus.Large gaping gray panel in the front?After a month trying to learn how to catch all ice cubes with the glass. Maybe have to switch to crashed ice for now? Inside of the fridge there is a water pipe screwed by bronze screw to the white plastic. I am not a big fan of gold on white combo event though with the fridge full you can not see it.Like it more than my previous top freezer since stuff is better organized now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The frig is all I expected, except for the crushed ice. I can only get 4 ounces before it shut off. It's quiet and roomy. My old frig was a Whirlpool. All the appliances in my kitchen are Whirlpool, thus my decision. Wish the control panel lights stayed on constantly.

Was happy with this frig for the first while, then the led lights started to go wonky, coming on, indeterminate try and remaining dark for longer periods. Repairman said it was a problem with the control panel . You tube video confirms that there are issues with this part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are happy, overall, but have had problems with our refrigertor. The freezer works fine, but I have had the Geek Squad out to try to get the frig part to get cold enough. I have had to discard fresh greens, milk, juice, and have had canned biscuits explode. I have had the Refrigerator for 3 1/2 weeks and will be having to call the Geek Squad out a second time tomorrow. Not a good experience so far.

So far I love it. I wish I could have gotten a larger model but I did not have the space in my kitchen for a larger size. It would have been less expensive too.

We bought this refrigerator about a month ago and have been very happy with it. It looks great and has more space than our last fridge.

I PURCHASED A MONTH AGO AND STILL HAVE AN ICE MAKERV THAT DOESN:T WORK

1st one had to be replaced in 1 week Water leaks from inside. 2Nd one seems ok we like it.

My home was built in 1987 and it was difficult to find a refrigerator that fit into a smaller space than is being built in newer homes. I searched, and there were few options, especially with a water dispenser. I was happy to find this one!

Nice looking. Size is sufficient for the space. I like the ice maker in the door because it allows extra space in the freezer.

I needed a fridge to fit into a specific space and this one fit the bill perfectly.so far it works satisfactorily and is very quiet.no complaints!

I have had this for 3 months. No problems.

I am very disappointed in this refrigerator. The chips from the ice maker miss the glass and fly into the floor. When I open and close the drawers it seems like the plastic will crack. I was limited in my choices so I will have to live with it. On the plus side I like the depth of the door which holds the condiment bottles. I wish I was happier

Enjoying a water and ice dispenser

We purchased this refrigerator last summer. When it was installed, the freezer door rubbed against the center panel and could not be adjusted by service technicians. The dealer concluded that we need a new freezer door. We have been waiting six months for the new door. The dealer claims he cannot get a door from Whirlpool. So that remains a problem. Also, the ice maker leaks water into the freezer compartment when ice cubes are being made and the cubes in the door compartment freeze together in a big mass when left alone for a couple of days.

I bought this refrigerator at a time of an emergency and it was because of its size

We purchased this refigerator in December. It has plenty of storage capacity and great features such as the ice / water dispenser. We are very happy with the product!

Everything is plastic and ice dispenser is very small.

I bought this a year ago and the freezer door was warped so they replaced the refrigerator in Dec. I love it - now everything including the ice cream is hard in the freezer - that had been a problem. The LED lights are great and the ice and water dispenser are great.Had to go with this size to fit built in area.

It's everything a refrigerator and freezer is expected to be. The performance and quality is great. I highly recommend this pretty refrigerator/freezer!

I received this in January 2016. I had a tight space. This fit just right. I like the ice dispenser in the door, but I don't like that I can't get ice when my wife is in the refrigerator, the dispenser shut down when the door is open. I wish there were different controls for the ice and water selection. It has a rolling menu. Other than that, I LOVE this unit. The water disepmser does not seem to dispense cold water. If you have say four glasses to fill the last glass will be cold. The way the line is run lets the water warm up before it gets dispensed. Lighting is AWESOME! Adjustable shelves is EXCELLENT. So far I am very happy with this purchase. I have so far had no problems I have seen some have in the surveys. It is quiet, no leaks, the frozen stuff stays frozen, and the freigerated stuff does not freeze. I did have to adjust the cooling controls differently than the dilivery guys left it, I figure that is expected. I have not had to change the water filter yet, and am curious to see how that goes.

I received my new side by side a few weeks ago. Things are pretty good so far. I had to order without seeing the actual refrigerator. The Freezer is a little narrower than I expected, but I am making it work. Also, there is an issue with the freezer door that the technician could not adjust. It is rubbing on something when you close it, he felt this could be an issue that the door may be left open. They left the current one as a loaner and ordering a new one. I appreciate that level of customer service. Whirlpool is my primary choice of appliances.

I bought this model when my 2003 Kenmore refrigerator compressor died. I wanted a refrigerator with water on the outside that would fit in our kitchen, and this fit the specs. It ended up being nearly identical to the Kenmore we replaced, except some of the design features are not as good.The drawers in the fridge are very difficult to slide, especially if they are full.My biggest issue is with the water dispenser.1. It is setup to dispense ice and water out of the same port. If you just want water, the ice chute still opens letting warm air into the ice bin. Over time, it freezes into a big solid block and won't dispense.2. The drip tray cannot be removed, so any water that spills has to be soaked up with a towel. The Kenmore model drip tray was removable that allowed you to empty and wash in the sink.3. The water spout and the lever are far apart, and if you're not careful with small diameter cups, you will dispense water onto your wrist instead of into the cup.4. The water turns off when the opposite (fridge) door is open. This ends up happening more often than you'd expect.

Changing between water ice and crushed ice isn't easy to do. You have to toggle through each to get the next selection. there needs to be 3 buttons one for each. The buttons are hard to push also. The temp. selection for the frig. is hard to work with I would rather have a dial with full control.

I bought this appliance 2 months ago when I became a homeowner! Happy and very blessed I am!!!

I RECEIVED THE UNIT A FEW WEEKS AGO AND HAVEN'T INSTALLED IT YET. HOWEVER, I DID PLUG IT IN AND IT WORKS FINE.

no damage to packingone rear caster missing pin, fan guard bent. its a replacement for similar model same make just has ice in shelf bin instead of door bin , I don't like how ice is dispensed on new model or size of cube, also unit is nosier than old model. I guess that's the way of future paid nearly same price as 10 years ago

Refrigerator has some features that surpass our replaced model but other features fall short. Style and lighting are a plus. Quality deficient in areas, e.g. ice dispenser motor very loud, shelf supports flimsy. Paint peeled from refrigerator door when delivery men unwrapped it. It has been 4 weeks and still no replacement door.
