[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a smaller house, so I mainly picked this fridge because it would fit through the door, while giving me the other features I was looking for. It has the perfect amount of storage for me - and I can see everything so food doesn't get forgotten before it needs to be used. We connected the water ourselves and the process was very straightforward. Overall, I'm a happy customer.

After considering the features that we wanted the price and probably most important requirement the measurements that we needed for proper fit in our limited space. We decided to go with Whirlpool because of the brand name and history of producing good products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this fridge for about 6 weeks now. The size is great for small household for me it’s just my boyfriend and I so it’s perfect size. However I’ve already had to have somebody come fix it since it stopped working due to ice build up and the fan not working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice fridge but it doesnt fit tall items like orange juice and soda. The highest shelf is too short. The door shelves dont fit anything tall either. You cant hardly get a pizza in the freezer because its divided. Other than that I really like it.

Because of the constrained space, the doors are too narrow to accommodate more than one gallon of milk. Like the depth an capacity of the freezer. Ice maker is VERY slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 3 months ago and compressor and other parts completely died while i was away. Lost everything in the fridge and freezer. Called whirlpool a couple of times as repair technician had to order parts in which was going to take a week. Asked whirlpool to send a new fridge or send me a loaner....there response "your request is declined"! So for the next 3 weeks as wrong part initially received, lived from a cooler which i had to buy ice daily to keep the limited food i could purchase safe! Very disappointed and will not recommend!

Twice in 4 months.....freezer thaws for NO reasons ........frozen food, ice tray sheet of ice. Waste of $$$$$. Don’t buy this horrible trash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything you need is right in front of you, not hidden in dark lower shelves. I removed one bin (lots of bins!) that I didn’t use & it added more space for easier to access items. There is a shelf that can be recessed to give you more room for taller things. The freezer has lots of space & the ice is very easy to reach. I really REALLY love this fridge!

We received this fridge January 2019, I have had to change the water filter 3 times already, about to purchase my fourth. First off, the filter is very expensive, $50, and you can only use the Every Drop filters, and of course Home Depot doesn't have any in stock. Second, the freezer seem to have a build up of ice on the bottom. Third, some of the items at the back of the refrigerator becomes icy very fast. I'm not at all pleased with this product. Unfortunately my kitchen is small and I wanted a slightly more modern appliance, but I don't think it was worth it.

We bought this fridge 5 years ago we have had it serviced 3 times in the 1st year. They never could stop it from leaking water! So after the last tech covered my bathroom in human waste, yes that brown gross stuff nobody wants to clean, especially when they were kind enough to let them use their bathroom! I decided I would live with a towel on my floor. This fridge does not cool consistently freezes items in back no matter how you change the temp. Ice builds up on the bottom of the drawer freezer to the point it wont close (this is probably related to the water issue I mentioned earlier). We even went so far as to disconnect the water line to prove that was not the issue! So after fighting water on my floor, frozen food and the freezer not closing, the door breaks and doesnt want to close all the way! I will never own whirlpool in my house again. I have 3 problematic appliances in my house, one day I realized they were all whirlpool! Lesson learned.

I purchased the refrigerator in April 9 2018 within 2 months my ice maker arm broke and now my fridge and my freezer does not work now I lost about 150. Dollars of food I called service they wont be here till Tuesday i am very upset I will not recommend this product to any one and also my freezer door does not shut right and my fridge doors don't close right either very set customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is exactly what I was looking for. A large freezer on the bottom and french doors on the refrigerator. The only small compalaint I have is the water needs to be colder from the dispenser. It's the perfect size for me!

Our refrigerator is less than 2 years old. Two months ago we finally connected the water line, however the water dispenser is not dispensing water, however the ice maker is working fine. Other than that we like the unit. Model: WRF560SEYM05

We love that it has all of the features of the larger versions of this type of french door fridge. all the shelves are adjustable which is great. Ice maker and water dispenser are working great

The doors started to show rust marks within a year and the freezer components now turn into solid ice making the fan unbearably loud. I had it professionally fixed but that only worked for 2 months. Now I need to buy a new fridge.
