[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got it last month, and so far I'm happy with it, it has good space in the fridge, is very nice looking and the water dispenser on the door is very practical, the only thing I'm not please with is., the freezer , it doesn't have much space and the Ice bin steall some space (too big and it only makes ice half way full) a smaller ice been could've been better.

I also found 2 scratches on the right front door of the frig...didn't notice them until 2 days after delivery. Have to have repairman out this week! the frig itself works fine and I really like the French door style and freezer below!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and still have issues with thr water dispenser leaking. The installers followed the instrucoins of clearing out air of the water hose but it never really cleared. So each time I get water jt spits air outs and water droplets will slowly fall and pool. There is no drain so eventually the water will overflow from the water dispenser ledge.It's quite an inconvenience.The pros is that this is a good and high end refrigerator for a multi level townhouse with limited space. The French doors are also not a good feature to have if you don't like have to open both doors at once to access your vegetable drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of months ago, after doing so much research for what I wanted and looking at reviews. This was the winner. I love the shelf that slides back to give room for higher items, but still leaves space in the back. I love the long drawer under the veggie and fruit drawers, I have all my cheese and pepperoni in there. I was worried that would take space away from the drawers above, as I read in a previous review, but I can fit a large head of cauliflower and then some. I love having the freezer on the bottom, I no longer have to bend down every time I go in the fridge to get to the drawers or the bottom shelf. The space on the doors to store things is perfect, we all have our own space for our own foods! The only negative is the water on the door, it works nice and fast, but doesn't come out all that cold. Not an issue, because this freezer makes ice, which is great. It's also super quiet, I can't even hear it running. I only hear the ice when it drops. I can't say enough good things about this fridge. I love it!

We love the French doors and shelving inside and feel that it makes the most use of space inside! We are having a bit of a time getting used to the wonder dispenser on door but still great. Ice below in freezer is very practical as it turns out.

We have now had it for a few months and I love it! I love the cheese drawer and how much room there is! The layout works so much better than the side by side refrigerator I previously had. And, the front stays quite clean; no fingerprintsuch left!

It's good for a one person home only, anything larger and it's just too small. However, the water filter holder cover design is terrible. After 6 months I had to have it repaired and that still didn't fix the problem of the cover not staying shut. It has to be repaired again. I won't ever buy a refrigerator with that style of water filter holder again.

Fridge looks great in my small kitchen - perfect condo size. It's hard to find a quality fridge with a water dispenser that fits in a 30" space - this one hits the mark. Great price buying during the Home Depot holiday sale as well. Wish that there was also an ice dispenser in the door, but haven't been able to find that in any 30" fridge. Highly recommend!

Whirlpool Stainless Steel Appliances-BUYER BEWARE!!! Rust will appear on the supposed stainless steel in under 2 years. It can NOT be removed and is spreading and now covers over 1/3 of the surface. Whirlpool will not do anything to resolve issue. DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES!!

headline say it all 2 months after purchasing this unit and it is cover with rust spot all over the place , and no customer service "sorry it is not cover under warranty" understand :it look like an all rusty weathered tractor but stay cold, so it does its job what are you calling for?

I had this Refrigerator over a week so far great I follwed the instructions and set the freezer and fridge to 3 dots or stars and my beer was nice and cold, and done converted my stove and washing Machines to whirpool now. and I love the features on all.

I love the french door style refrigerators but am limited in space in my kitchen. This one fits perfectly. I was worried because it looks small in the store, but it looks and fits perfectly in my kitchen. It takes a long time for the ice tray to fill up (3-4 days when it's first installed before the 1st batch of ice was produced). I've had it for a couple of weeks, and it's still not full. Also, there are too many baskets in the door. I had to take one out in order to fit juice and milk. There isn't enough room to put it in the other door so it's just sitting on a shelf in my cabinets. Also, the cable/water line that comes with it is very short. We ended up using the cable I used on my old refrigerator. It was easy to return the new one so no worries there.

We purchased it in December 2013, delivered 27th of the month. The first 2 months it worked great. Then the door wouldn't shut properly, we called support for the molleon strip that was sliding down and causing the doors to close unproperly. According to the company who was hired to fix our problem the strip was backordered till January 2021. I called back whirlpool they offered to send the part directly to our house. We had it installed. Two months later same issue. We called again, they sent out another part and fixed it again. Which the installer even agreed that this was a part that was not made properly and was going to have the same problem. After 12 months of arguing with whirlpool we gave in and made an adjustment to make it work. They had extended out warranty 6 months as a courtesy. As of April 25th, our ice maker hose in the back of the fridge its a plastic elbow piece (not the water line at all) fell apart and was flooding our kitchen everytime it made ice. When I told whirlpool I would like a new fridge they said it was not deemed un-repairable.

We purchased our new refrigerator in August. It's been a blessing so far and we have a lot of trust in the Whirlpool brand!

I've used this fridge for a month. I'm very pleased. The pros; Easy to configure. Easy to clean. Keeps veggies longer. Keeps temp steady. Like the filtered water. Can fit large baking sheets and pans. Good price. It's a Whirlpool. Cons; Short on freezer space. Would like an ice bin half the size. Don't make a 32" fridge with the drawer on the fridge. Only the front is stainless steel.

I purchased this model from a re-seller that did not have this particular model avail to see in person (I would recommend being able to actually see the model on the floor). The size is what attracted me to this model and it's "French" door feature as well as the water in the door. I understood that going down from 23.cu to 19.7 would force me to eliminate the amount of items I store. However, I did not anticipate that in order to place taller items on the top shelf, such as milk and juice cartons, would require lowering the top shelf to the lowest position, thus, leaving very little space between the first and second shelf and a little more space between the second shelf and top of the drawer units. This space can only accommodate items such as egg cartons and bottles that are can be laid down such as wine and smaller food containers. I had to store milk on the top shelf towards the back because it kept spoiling in the door holder. Additionally, I had to turn the refrigerator to the coolest setting to keep milk based products and dairy (cottage cheese) from spoiling faster. The freezer section is small, but adequate with the ice maker. If you are looking to keep a lot of items in the freezer, you will need to be very selective on what you can place in the freezer. Square items seem to stack the best. Plastic freezer containers take up more space.This model is louder than my previous one. Guests have commented on its "buzzing" noise and how loud the water is when the refrigerator is producing ice and refilling the water reservoir.Overall I am pleased with this model, though there could be some improvements. Make sure to do research based on your needs, more storage, freezer space etc... and always see the product in person. That was my mistake. Given the choices on size (30 inch or less). This was the best option.

Purchased refrigerator May 2014. Excellent fit for a small space. Only one in that size I could find with water in the door. Has an elegant look not to difficult to clean. Although the interior is small, I've arranged it to fit my everyday needs. Quiet running refrigerator big plus for a small space. The few issues I have are condensation around the left door seal. Condensation builds and drips into the interior, and floor when door is opened. I did tried the humidly option to no avail. Temp control was a bit sensitive. Back section of the vegetable drawer froze produce. Note the freezer doesn’t accommodate large frozen pizza boxes. I understand the reasoning. It’s made for small spaces with a lot of the bigger size options.For the size it's a bit costly. I would recommend this refrigerator.

I wanted a french door refrigerator, real bad. I'm stuck between a rock & a hard spot w/ how much room I have to work with. I would have loved to get a giant fridge. However, we had 32" to work with. This was the PERFECT answer. You have to be really crafty on how you arrange the items, or you won't be able to store much inside. I took one of the shelves (the one that doesn't have the drop down panel on it) out entirely. It allows me to fit much more surprisingly. The freezer takes a bit longer than normal to make ice. The LED lights inside do a great job of illuminating all the items evenly. I would have allowed for the doors to open slightly wider. If you have to get to the very back to reach an item, you have to go in sideways with only one shoulder, because that's all that will fit when both doors are open. Slight over sights. Nothing major. Overall, I would buy it again if I had the choice. It's the only size french door that will fit into a tiny space. Great price. Wipes down well. Acrylic doors are prone to easy scratching. Oh, one last thing, getting some of the shelves out is a pain in the butt!!!

I just love my frig and it's great features. It suits us VERY well and it looks so good in my kitchen!!

I replaced a 30 year old refrig/top freezer. This is brighter and so different. It is nice to be eye level with the refrig. part. It has been 3 days now and I am still trying to figure out how to arrange my items in the refrig. It seems like there is less room but it is supposed to be more cubic ft. There doesnt seem to be enough space for tall items unless you lose extra shelf space. I keep rearranging and it is getting better. The kids (ages 16 and 30) think it is AWESOME! But they keep asking me where things are. The guys forgot to leave the ice/water line when delivered, so I cant yet rate that part.
