[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last fridge didn’t work the freezer got frost all in it had it condemned so I got a whirlpool so far so good only a dent in the door I love the extra compartments in the door wish I would have gotten this fridge first off but due to covid there was very little selection hopefully this fridge will last much longer than the last one(6 months) it’s also nice and quiet when running I love that. Will probably stick to whirlpool from now on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator over a month ago and just love it! The freezer is larger than expected. The design allows us to put more food in it because of where the drawers and shelves are located. We were able to get groceries put away without struggling for room and wondering where we were going to put everything. We showed it off to a couple of friends who were very impressed with how it is set up. Another friend has the same one and said he is very happy with his.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the unit for about 3 weeks. I really like the refrigerator. The only thing, I would change is the shelves. The space between the bars is a little too much. It makes smaller size items, ie, water bottles a little unstable.

Further more, I wouldn't mind doing field installation, however, the water control valve needed to do that is not available. Therefore, in that respect, I'm very disappointed in the refrigerator.

Starting around month 32, it started freezing all contents in the fridge, now it thaws all contents in the freezer No settings changed, not overfilled, varies wildly between freezing everything and thawing everything. My previous fridge ran 15 years without problems, this last about 3. Garbage. No luck with their support.

It is working wonderfully. I would recommend that you put a light in the freezer. I hope it lasts as long as my last one which was 15 years.

Short return policy of 48 hours the refrigerator started producing excessive condensation After a week which should not be happening to a refrigerator that is brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is a bit taller, wider, and deeper than my old one which makes a lot more room inside. Plus it's quite a bit quieter. My old one was 60dB and this one is 40dB. One complaint is my floor isn't level, it slopes toward the back, so the door slams. I wish there was a way to crank the back rollers up or the front rollers down. I could put the back rollers up on a board or something, but then I couldn't roll it to clean. Also it sits next to the wall which allows the door to open 90 degrees, but in order to adjust the shelves the door must be open almost all the way, which means I have to roll it out into the room to get the door open far enough to adjust the shelves. One silly detail, I've pinched my thumb a couple times when closing when I put my thumb on top the handle and it hits the freezer door handle. If I don't learn to not do that I'll just remove the freezer handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I was expecting more,since it's a whirlpool,I got a cheaper model, that wasn't really cheap,just think it could be better for the price,stainless scratch's easy,no light in freezer.

Was perfectly cold within just a couple hours, moves with ease since its on wheels, plenty of storage space for all my groceries, handles & hinges are reversible do was able to switch those around to the side that fit best and the delivery was on-time and professional.

The vegetable and fruit bins are small, and behind them is a shelf that is practically inaccesssible because it is low and in the back of the box..

It had small dents in the face of it and I didn't notice until after the 48 hour grace. Now I'm stuck with this ugly refrigerator Because of your terrible policies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven’t had a new frig in 20+ years and had a side by side. Although this is larger on the outside, isn’t as roomie on the inside. The freezer has a permanent divider with 2 smaller slider drawers. This prevents having a frozen lasagna or anything that size. I would recommend buying a frig with no freezer divider to maximize the space.

I do have some objects especially with the wired shelving. With the wired shelving I do find it difficult with two liter soda bottles. Two liter bottles are somewhat unstable standing directly on the wired shelving; almost as if ready to fall over.
