Fridge arrived filthy dirty .Never ever had a product arrive so dirty. Shelf wires so far spaced out cans of soda lay over on side. Crisper drawers and lunch meat drawers are flimsy and don't open and close right. Have already told friends and family to never buy a Whirlpool product ever. Terrible item.

the refrigerator door gasket doesn't seal the door, has a 1/4 inch gap.

This refrigerator has already broken down twice since it went out of it's extended three year warranty. I purchased it in late 2015. The evaporator fan motor went ($200) and now the control board has died ($ 346 diagnostics, parts, labor). These refrigerators apparently have really cheap components that last only three years. Our old Whirlpool Refrigerator lasted twenty five years with no issues. This one is terrible. It is either too cold or too warm and freezes everything in the refrigerator compartment and ruins it ( like eggs and vegetables.) For a $700+ refrigerator this is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

We bought this lemon on 9/2015. It is a nice looking fridge but not a ton of room in either compartment. We have the Model Number: WRT108FZDB01. We purchased the Extended Manufactured Warranty and sure enough, as soon as it expired in September 2019, the fridge stopped working and got really warm. We had the part replaced for around $250. Seven months later it started to constantly freeze everything inside the fridge. Everything was ruined, eggs, vegetables etc. When it was done freezing everything, it started to just be too warm and then too cold. Now less than eight months after the most recent repair, the temperature lights in the front just go off completely. Now the fridge is off. I can push the buttons and it will go on for about ten minutes, but not cool properly and then eventually will shut off. I am really disappointed with this purchase. We paid around $750 and got three years use out of it. Plus the Extended Warranty, $80.00, plus the first repair of $250. No we are looking at busting out another $250 for another repair because we are out of the service contract. We should have just spent $1200 for a top end fridge because the components in this are of inferior quality. By comparison, my mom's old Whirlpool fridge lasted over thirty years. This was a replacement and it lasted three years. We are not rich people and can't afford to buy a new refrigerator every five years. I would suggest spending more on another model.

Shelving is perfect for our use. I would recommend this refrigerator. It's simple and meets all my needs and quiet

First everything in the refrigerator froze. We adjusted the temperature. Week later the top freezer thawed everything, now it blows hot air

Trying to adjust the freezer without making the fridge too cold is impossible. Hate to say it, but I almost wish I'd have purchased a Maytag.
