Worst company to order from
They use estes carries who claims they try to deliver, but dont. Had me wait 3 days in my house and losing business with my clients because I couldn’t perform the job in time. I ended up filing a law suit against them for the loses i had suffered.

I have ordered this ladder 3 times and still have not received an in-tact un-damaged delivery and I am still waiting for Home Depot to deliver it. Home Depot cancelled the last order instead of replacing the ladder they broke, and it takes a month to set up a new delivery.
