Been using this for years. Better way to start a coal brickett fire without having to use a flammable liquid fire starter. A lot less dangerous

I like the size of this chimney and the cone shape in the bottom helps get all the briquettes lit evenly. My only complaint is the handle gets hot to the point where I needed gloves to hold it. If it had a wooden handle or other heat resistant material it would be perfect.

This saves a lot of time and money. I use the cotton balls in rubbing alcohol.

For charcoal users, you can’t make a fire that’s cleaner (no starter fluids) or faster (airflow physics). All the coals are ready to go at once, after about 10 minutes.

Highly recommend this chimney fire starter. Very easy to use and works great. It's much better with briquettes than lump charcoal because the lump pieces could be small and fall out the bottom.

this was a great purchase but pricey i wish it was a little cheaper.

I had never used on of these before. I always stacked the coals, spread lighter fluid on them and then lit them up. It would take about 30 to 40 minutes to get the coals ready. This method got me going in about 15-20 minutes.

Could use some insulation on second handle

The absolutely best way to start any charcoal fire on a grill. Only amateurs use lighter fluid. Once you see how easy it is to have a nice charcoal fire for your meal, you will never use any other method

This large chimney is essential for charcoal grilling. I don’t like the taste of lighter fluid and this is so simple to use. I wouldn’t use my Weber grill without one.
