[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried to use the Paintstick EZ Roller to paint my hallway and living room. I didn't like the instruction book, it could had more word description for how to use the product. I eventually figured things out, once it was time to the roller to draw in the paint, that was the only good experience I had. Clicking the trigger to release the paint into the roller was a disappointment, I only seen two or three areas where the paint was coming through the roller. I started rolling the roller to expand the paint through the rest of the roller, not a good product, I eventually went back to the traditional roller and pan to finish my painting. The PaintStick EZ Roller wasted a lot of paint (use and cleaning) that traditional painting do not do. I don't think I'll use this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Wagner PaintStick Ez Roller to coat a 4 by 8' sheet of MDF with an acrylic latex primer. This was more first use of the tool and I don't consider myself a good painter. Assembly of the tool was easy and filling it with paint was simple and neat. There was no paint leakage from the tool during use. I was able to quickly prime the MDF sheet. Clean-up of the tool was more involved than cleaning a simple paint roller and paint tray, but the ease of clean up could improve with experience. For my small first time test job, the additional clean-up time balanced the painting time savings. On larger jobs the Wagner PaintStick EZ Roller should save substantial time due to its paint reservoir and reach. My cleaning efforts did not bring the tool back to its original appearance. I was surprised how well the acrylic primer stuck to the plastic parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this product. Very easy to use and no splatters when using. I helped by son paint an attic that we remodels and there were slanted ceilings. The roller did not splatter very much and if any did, there is a guard to stop it from getting all over. The guard also allow you to set it on the floor when doing something else. Very easy to suck the paint into the tube handle from the paint can and you can just keep rolling until you need to fill it up again. It does give you nice extension when rolling so you doing need a ladder to reach the top of the walls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn’t too sure about it. Took a little time to figure it out; after a few tries and mishaps I got it figured out. Love the concept of not using a pan snd dripping paint all over. This is so handy once you figure out how to get the paint in the handle. Handle is long and I found my arms getting tired but I think this is a great tool, easy to use once you figure it out. Definitely recommend using on a new construction or bare room without furniture in the way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always used a pan and roller for painting. Not no more. The paintstick roller is very easy to use and no more need for a pan. My first project began after the roller arrived. I started with a simple wall. Very easy and clean when it comes to getting the paint into the reservoir. Once in, paint easily rolls on and last for a while for needing more paint. Clean is a snap with water. Highly recommend for any do it your selfers or professionals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The roller works great. Easy to put together and holds a good amount of paint. I was able to paint our nursery with ease. A little awkward to store as the pole is long. Not sure if other roller brushes fit on here?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical of how well the Paintstick would work. I must say it made painting the 10x12 ceiling a breeze. There was no paint tray to keep up with, the stick was not too heavy even when filled to capacity, and it cut my painting time down considerably. I love the fact that the paint tray was eliminated. No more time spent loading the roller cover. And no more stepping in the tray or knocking it over! Clean up was fast and easy. Roller covers usually get tossed when I’m finished but it takes a specific one for the Paintstick. So it must be cleaned. It was too cold to clean up outdoors so a 2 gallon bucket in the bathtub worked just fine. Just follow the cleanup instructions and it’s easy peasy. All in all I recommend the Paintstick. It’s user friendly, comes with easy to follow instructions, eliminates the tray, and cuts the painting time down. That is all well worth the price of the few extra minutes it takes to clean it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really is a great roller. Simple and efficient, get the trigger down and the suction deal for adding paint to handle and thats it. Not sure why more aren't made this same way but Wagner just designed and created a quality roller. No pan is under rated, I am a Wagner fan, I also have their electric sprayer and if you have used that I would say only thing you have do on the ez roller is get the trigger down; much the same way the spray the correct nozzle settings once 'found' each job in first few minutes is same with the trigger on the ez roller. Ez roller extends nicely, I am 6' and painted to 10', got a step ladder and 2nd step finished painted 12'-ish. this def is perfect roller I think

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this roller. Worked great right out of the box. Wanted to paint the living room before the holidays. Once I got used to it, painting went very quick. Cleaning the roller is a little bit of a challenge,but,got it done and I am going to move onto the hallway and then the dining room. My family is going to be SUPRISED at the new look in the house when the come over. Would to use a 1/2 inch nap though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The paint stick EZ is well built to last. The pump action handle helps pull paint from a one-gallon paint can with the help of its little attachment that clips on the side of the can into the little opening right behind the roller. It does make painting on walls easier but the construction in its current state, needs to be stronger. I noticed that the main shaft flexed a little bit when I pulled the plunger up to add paint into its container. Overall it is a good tool to have for your home and the current job that you may be doing for someone else.
