Product didn't work it didn't kill anything I can still see the granular product sitting there doing nothing

Absolutely horrible. This product killed my luscious sod that I spent so much time and money into this spring. Now I’m left with patchy burnt grass. This $17-$20 product costed me $2000 worth of sod to be demolished in a few days.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this product. It completely KILLED OUR LAWN, looks like a huge spot is totally burnt out, but the weed is thriving!!! What am I supposed to do now??

My lawn was very green with few weeds in it. It was time to fertilize so i said why not feed and control the weeds at the same time…wrong! The leaves are very healthy after application but my grass are dying. How do i get my money back?

Very disappointed with this product. Followed the directions exactly as written on bag a month ago. However, it killed & burnt the grass and did nothing to kill or slow down weeds. This product DESTROYED by burning my backyard lawn like uncooked noodles and weeds are growing with super express in my entire lawn. The lawn photos after application are attached. Unable to reach customer service. You guarantee NO BURN, WORKS THE FIRST TIME OR MONEY BACK. I need my money back. How would I get my money back???

I used the product as directed on the moist lawn. My lawn is in horrible state after the application. It burned the grass in my lawn multiple areas, it turned yellow. Extremely frustrated with the product. On the funny side, the weeds are still there. Very much disappointed with the Product I have attached the images of my lawn. I am looking for money back

We used this product last year and it was great. Bought it again this year and it ruined our entire lawn. Over 80% of our front lawn is burnt/brown patches/streaked and we followed the directions completely. We now have to figure out what to do and how to pay for what needs to be done. Pass on this product, we are from now on. It was good last year and totally awful this year. No one at Vigoro customer service will answer and I'm tired of waiting for someone to help me. Call a professional. Don't use this product

Used on the front lawn and all it did was feed the weeds.

Followed the directions and now I have a yard full of Clover.

I did a very even seeding. But the grass is burnt wherever I put this. Be careful with this product. I need to contact Vigoro customer service and understand what is the remedy for this. See image

Gave the clay-like soil the extra nutrients it so badly needed. Started seeing a difference in 3 days. Great product and owned by Scott’s. Can’t beat the money back guarantee!

Terrible. The product was so compacted into balls that it kept getting stuck in my spreader. I did not get a uniform coverage. Half way through the bag, I just wanted to finish my lawn and not deal with a return. I will not buy this again. Vigoro does not have a company behind it, or I could not find one on the internet, likely a Home Depot only product. See pic. Not a satisfied customer.

We have poor soil and lots of weeds, obnoxious weeds. We followed the directions on the bag but noticed no improvement neither with the grass or getting rid of the weeds. So we applied a second time, heavier. After a while the weeds seemed to die back but then they sprang back to life and our lawn still looks horrible.

This is my second year using the product and I have to say that it does an excellent job of killing the weeds and making the grass really look green. I will continue to be a user and highly recommend it for every yard user.

I applied this weed and feed here in Myrtle Beach in late August to my green, healthy lawn, but also had weeds in certain areas. The temps were in the high 70s when I applied the product in the morning. I watered before as stated on the bag so the granules would stick to the weeds. Not sure where I went wrong or the product failed, but it killed the grass and the weeds are still thriving. You can tell in the pictures where I applied the weed and feed and where I didn’t because the part of the lawn that is healthy, I didn’t touch. Maybe the temps got too hot in the afternoon, but as for me, I will never use again.

Pity I did not read the poor reviews. Because I would not have purchased and used thus product. Followed the directions and found no weeds were killed and now have many severe dead spots in my fescue lawn which I have been so carefully maintaining. Now I have more weeds and less lawn. Useless product.

Very disappointed in this product. My husband and I followed the directions exactly as written. However it killed 70% of our grass and did not do anything to kill or slow down weeds. Before and after photos attached. Unable to reach customer service therefore I’m posting this review.

It didn't kill all the weed, but I got more green grass, I didn't like that grass that much because it's thin and grows up long. I have to have it mowed soon. It grew right away and it looks nicely green. It needs maintenance of mowing often. I would have liked a slow growing thicker grass, maybe I should had buy a bigger bag to put more.

After reading the other reviews, I was very careful to apply this product to a wet lawn and to adjust my spreader carefully. The day after application my lawn started to brown. Two days later about half of my grass was brown so I watered it heavily the second evening which seemed to help some on day 3. I waited until day 5 and cut it a little long and it rained a little on day 6which brought me back almost to where I started. The interesting part is that at no point did this product kill ANY weeds.

I used this product exactly like it said, and my grass is fried.

I've been using this a couple years now, it works as it should, with a much lower price than those bigger names. If you're starting from a point where your yard is in bad shape, this one product is not an instant fix-all solution (none of them are). You should make sure your yard is dethatched so this can actually get to the soil. Aerating doesn't hurt either. Over-seeding is another good idea too. If you want a nice yard, this is just one step of the maintenance that you need to do.

Priced right I have been using it for years Vigoro is as good a product as any out there. It works as described kills weeds and feeds your lawn. Exceeds all expectations I now have the best lawn on the block.

I had some last year and ran out, thought it did very great job, of keeping control weeds and adding thickness, to the lawn without burning. I would recommend this formula because this time of year, rain is every three days. This product is excellent.

I read the disappointing reviews but was encouraged by the ones that said make sure the lawn was wet, still ended up with disappointing results. I watered my grass the night prior to using this product. I used a Scott’s fertilizer spread and followed this instructions on the back of the bag to a T (set the spreader to 4.5). I waited 48 hours until I watered my lawn again. I had good coverage and it did a decent job killing the dandelions and it did green up some of the grass in some areas but I still have bare spots in my grass (even tried to over seed those area to see if it would make the grass grow). The other broad leaf weeds like chickweed and clover (and I have plenty) went unfazed and I’m some areas caused more weeds to grow. Not satisfied with the results of the product and want to see if they stand by they’re policy (works on the first time or you money back).

I have used Vigoro Weed & Feed for years. It works great for me. My house is on the edge of a large field filled with weeds ... I am fighting a constant battle. Vigoro helps me win the battle against weeds every year and it greens up my lawn at the same time.
