A:  Remove pets such as cats and dogs from the area before applying Vigoro Weed & Feed Weed Killer Plus Lawn Fertilizer. For best results it is recommended to not re-enter lawn for at least 24 hours after the application. After watering the product into the lawn, allow it to dry before re-entering.

    Q:I first applied this in mid-March. The feed part worked great. The weed killer... not so much. I am still overrun with clover. How soon can I reapply to address the clover or should I just use a weedkiller like Weed-B-Gon instead?

    A:  After applying Vigoro Weed & Feed wait 6-8 weeks to reapply. For best results apply this product to a damp lawn when rain is not expected for 24 hours.

      A:  Hello Mike. Thank you for shopping the Home Depot. When applying ANY Weed & Feed Weed granular product, it must be applied to a damp lawn. For the best results, you should use either a Drop Spreader or a Rotary Spreader for proper application. After application, DO NOT water for at least 24 to 48 hours. This will allow the weed killing material to penetrate into the weed. Not following these listed procedures will result in less than satisfactory results. Rick_HD_ OC
