Got this as an alternative to a more expensive custom shower and we're pleased. Looks good, huge interior space. It uses flexible trim in lieu of silicone caulk to seal the edges. There was a little bit of fudge factor in installing the trim and doors, which proved necessary because our walls were not plumb. Only criticism is that the trim did not fit exactly at the hinges and bends out instead of going under the flange, but we are happy with this purchase.

We are very impressed with the quality of the product. Installation was straight forward with the included instructions.. The shower enclosure fully filled our expectations and needs. I will be quick to suggest the purchase of one of your shower enclosures to family and friends. The side panel glass edge seals work great keeping the water in the enclosure. I was concerned at first with the double doors not being able to seal completely but my concerns were laid to rest after installation was completed. This is the first time installing an enclosure like this, but as I said before, it went in without any problems. The only problem that we experienced was a VERY long wait to finally receive the enclosure after it was ordered.

The French doors do not close correctly and water gets out.

It's not a great product. They shipped the wrong hardware initially and it took days for their tyrant in shipping to agree to ship the correct hardware. Once we finally had all the correct parts onsite, we realized they never included directions. Seemed like an easy fix so we downloaded the directions from Home Depot's website. Well the directions were terrible! Incomplete and vague at best. Neither our professional carpenter nor professional plumber felt they were satisfactory. So I called Vigo directly and they said, "oh, those are the old directions, we'll email you different directions.". Really?? Then, what you don't see in all the pictures of the shower are the big, ugly plastic gaskets that line every glass seam and wall. Plus you're supposed to add silicone to all the tracks and seams (can you say yellow in less than a year?) The glass rocks within the track, there are no adjustments to fix this (and no way to make adjustments if the doors don't stay plum their entire length, which ours don't), there are no instructions or even mention of how to install the 45 degree cross support bars, and all the gaskets are too long for the glass so you have to cut each and every one. Terrible product. I would not recommend it at all.

I decided to install this myself, I'm not an expert at all, but would consider myself fairly handy. The instructions was easy to follow. Final result was great and we are very happy with the product. Only little improvement I would like to see is the small knobs on the doors could have been larger handles, but its more a matter of taste ;-)

The doors do not close tightly and as a result we have water all over the bathroom floor every time we take a shower.

I'm a big who needed a big shower and this shower was it. I am highly satisfied with it and would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their current shower. Thanks Home depot!!!!!!

Bought the neo-angle frameless shower enclosure three years ago. I have interacted with CS two times, and both times the service has been excellent.

I love the way it looks...and it is a very well made product, it looks custom at one third the custom price..unfortunately, the installer from Lowes didn't install properly and it leaked like a sieve. Eventually I got it fixed...just make sure the installer knows what he is doing...this one didn't

We had this product installed by a professional contractor about a year and a half ago when we did a total remodel of the master bath. Its awesome! There was an issue with a door seal recently, but Vigo's customer service was extremely helpful in resolving the problem. We are very satisfied with this product.

I did a lot of research on line on shower enclosures and found that Vigo had the best selection and price.

I thought there would be a backside for it to be an "Enclosure" but it's just the glass and doors and the pan, now I have to spend more money to tile or find some sort of plastic or fiberglass to finish the shower, the pan seems to be very sturdy and the glass is very heavy, all the parts seam to be there, but it will be some time before I can finally assemble it.

have not completed the install of this enclosure but will say it looks to be solid and sturdy

Our Vigo VG6063 shower kit arrived very well packed on one pallet and without damage from its freight transportation. The shower fit exactly in the designated master bathroom location and is of an excellent size (47” *47” Neo) to provide a spacious walk-in shower experience. The fittings are of very high quality and the excellent fit and finish of the shower parts have greatly added to and improved the overall look of the Master bath. Well done!

Purchased this shower in November 2013. I ordered the shower without the base as to keep with the décor of the new bath, all Kohler in biscuit. The 42" Kohler base did not have the same measurements as the shower and we had to do some modifications to the install which created some complexity but overall was pretty simple. We had a problem with one of the brackets being the wrong size but the problem was solved with just a few emails and a new part was sent priority mail. Good-looking shower. Good price. Great customer service.
