great product, does its job!

Simple plug and play installation works great. Using to protect submersible coolant pumps on metal cutting equipment.

I assumed from image the product was going to be flimsy. It turns out to be rather hard shell, and heavier than I had anticipated; if I shake it, it does not feel like anything inside is loose. I would imagine it would take a number of drops before any concern for the functionality. The device gets warm, even after light use, but I expected that due to the way it is enclosed.

We ordered these to replace our extension cords with the GFCI. The cords are about 5 times more expensive than these with a standard extension cord

this is a great add on for strip outlet or extension cords being used outdoors or in a garage. great price.

This product works well. I bought it for my Aquarium so I wouldn't kill myself with all the electricity and water close together. The only issue I have is when the power is disconnected, either by turning everything off or a power outage the unit has to be manually reset. This could be an issue for me, if their is a power blip the system will stay off until until I can reset the unit.

Great safety feature when using power tools outside.

I have 2 outdoor outlets that are not GFCI protected. This is a great & easy way to protect myself while using these outlets when I am using an electric hedge trimmer or other corded device outside. Try to find a device like this in a retail store (including Home Depot) & the employees will tell you that such a thing doesn't exist! I've been searching for an item like this for years. The price & convenience are wonderful -You don't have to redo all your outlets - you just plug this baby into the outlet you are using and you are ready to go with no worries. I wonder why this item is not more readily available.

Needed to replace faulty GFCI plug did the job. Needed to add regular plug to device. Can now use GFCI in multiple applications
