I was a skeptic. I couldn't see how something like this would be worth the price. Unnecessary luxury. Now that I have one, I'm ecstatic! The cleanliness this provides, is not something I was expecting. Soothes, cleans, comforts. No chapping or chaffing. More than spares the regular monthly cost of toilet paper! Never know till you try one!

I’am a service plumbing technician by trade. Toto is one of the leading brands out there that are fair with the price and technology. Have two Toto washlets it’s a must for your hygiene and having septic it knocks out two birds with one stone. Not to mention saving money on ridiculous toilet paper expense.

Top of the line in all specs and makes you look forward to going. I like that this is the one bidet that has the power cord and water pipe routed towards the back of the toilet to avoid it looking like an aftermarket accessory.

I would like tocontrol the functions better. In my bathroom, I have to walk in front of the toilet to access the sink and medicine cabinet. So the toilet light comes on and it gets busy every time I want to brush my teeth, brush my hair or get an aspirin. It's an awful waste of electricity.

Had some difficulty installing due to lack of clarity with the instructions. Other then that issue I have found this product to be a pleasant surprise. It was purchased for another family member. I have used it a couple of times and now I'm sold on it. We will see how it holds up, as we have only had it for a couple of weeks.

Best bidet seat ever! I’ve owned the previous model (S350) and that was great but this one has better form and functionality. The new design is sleeker and the new and improved remote is very nice. I definitely recommend!
