Exactly as advertised, quickly shipped. I plan to replace other windows with more of these. Lots of light with a more solid window.

this consists of 8x8x3" depth glass block. one problem I have is, it's nearly impossible to find smaller than 8" with same depth of 3", here in california. During my project, I needed just 2 of 6x6x3" size but they sell bulk volume. I ended up forcing to reduce the opening.....

Except for some minor chippping/flaking of glass on two corner glass blocks wich were not noticeable at a distance.Very well constructed frame and nail fins.

Glass blocks were not level with the other blocks. (Some stuck out further than others.) A good quality control department would have caught this. The plastic fins are not adequate for the product. They should be metal.

Worked well for my situation. It's heavy and requires two people to install.

I ordered 3 units to replace basement windows. 2 of the three had some minor defects with the vinyl frame that was easily covered in installation and should have no effect on the window. 1 unit the person that assembled the unit was very messy with the silicone , so it was necessary to use a razor blade and cleaner to remove the oozing dried silcone and it added about 25 minutes to the install time. All look great providing installition and a security.

The UPS person had a hard time carrying the package because of the large box. I would have purchased a larger window ifw the online picture showed clearly that the top row of glass books were a smaller size. Still like the product.

These windows were exactly as advertised. Well constructed and easy to install. They saved us a lot of money over individual glass block installation.

We bought this to replace our large bathroom window with a small privacy window and very happy with results. Don't bother ordering the video from the window company about installing. The video is the same very basic video that is on the internet. Easy installation.

The vinyl trim around it is uneven The blocks edges are not flush to each other If you are an installer, and your customer is picky They will turn it down in a heart beat Please find another window The first one I got was horrible I reordered. The second one was no different I ate the cost of the window. Installed blocks one at a time Because, it has to look good for me to walk away From a job. If a ugly window is ok. Than This is the one for you Ups rolled it out of their truck twice

This window looks fantastic installed. I cannot wait to see the finished room and how it enhances the room. The price was very reasonable also....I was actually very surprised by it.

i ordered this along with the vented 32 x 14 nail up and both windows arrived in two days. I was impressed with how solid both windows were as they were encased in solid hard vinyl with grooved surroundings to allow for mortar. taking out old frames and installation of these took me a total of three hours.Very easy to work with

Got wall ups one block chipped. Plastic frame around block was not glued on all the way.Would be ok if trimmed out. Looked easy to install.

Having ordered this product without prior experience with it and as an online exclusive, left me somewhat leery. The windows arrived very timely and in good condition. However they were missing the nailing flanges. I called the Home Depot online customer service department and within 4 minutes, the situation was resolved and was told that the missing parts would be here in 4-10 days. They arrived in 3. Great customer service as well.

Great price - great customer service. Had trouble with 2 windows - feel its a mfg error - not Home Depot. Windows were replaced with no problems!

Very happy with this window. The price was much lower than I'd expected after pricing custom blocks and the free shipping was much faster than I'd expected, especially for something so large and heavy. I can't say too much about the installation as it was done by my father in law but it looks great.

Very nice product. It was delivered by UPS right to my house with no problems. (it was a little heavy). I mounted it easily with the included nailing strips. The only thing I found out is that you need to tell them when you order wich way it will be mounted. I guess this is because there are drain holes drilled in the frame during the assembly of the blocks. Overall a great product.

Very well made and great price. I still haven't installed it yet, but I will soon, and can not see any problems with it. I'm using it as an interior window for the shower in my bathroom. It really looks good.

This 12-block window wasn't perfectly square, but close enough. With the nailing fins, it was a cinch to install. Installed in a newly tiled shower wall, it looks beautiful!

The glass was purchased online and showed up with splintered edges that can cause cuts on your hands if not carefully.

This window installed beautifully. It was EXACTLY 24" from top to bottom and fit like a glove. I did not use the nailup accessories, just glue and mortar. The ice pattern provides full privacy and diffuses the light beautifully. I'm not a pro, so I was thankful for the quality of this window. The only hard part was helping the UPS guy carry it inside the house.

The glass block window unit provided ease in obtaining a "hand built" block window unit appearance. We used this particular unit in a customers basement wine cellar and went in with ease and speed and with great response from the homeowner.
