They look great and seem, well put together. The instructions are not very clear for installing with the included braces but all you do is insert them into the grooves around the frame. I ended up not using them anyway because I used it on an interior wall and framed and trimmed in in on both sides.

Love it , great window

Good product easy install... waited a month to get it completely on the error of the manufacturer. Window is nice but the blocks are laid with silicone and this on was rushed the silicone wasn’t even dry when they packaged it so the cardboard was stuck all over it.

Your instructions for this product is irritating to say the least! incomplete and with diagrams and text that look like you had a high school kid throw it together last minute. Your site has a link for these instructions and for an installation video which only says "Coming soon".Your video link has said that for some time now! How long does it take to make an instructional video? Need help with it? I contacted customer support and they were also incomplete and came off as if I was bothering them. And why do the pictures on the website show the nail up strips as long as the window when they are not? I cannot even rate a product for quality when instructions and support is so amature.

This saved my framer a lot of time and it looks very nice. Appears to be well made. It is heavy, so be prepared.

EXCELLENT QUALITY, EASY TO INSTALL, I USED IN PERIMETER WALLS OF A OLD CONCRETE BLOCK BUILDING, GIVES A MODERN LOOK, VERY ATTRACTIVE & ALLOW VERY GOOD NATURAL LIGHT INTO BUILDING INTO BUILDING INTERIOR, WITHOUT EXPOSING INSIDE ACTIVITIES TO OUTSIDE OF BUILDING. EXCELLENT PRODUCT

Meet expections

Nailing strips do not cover the entire length or height of the windows. No installation instructions and the online instructions were very generic and did not address the nailing strips. Solid construction of the actual window.

I haven't installed these yet, and I'm not really sure if I will. I opened one of the 3 that I ordered, and they look to be very high quality. However, there is one aspect that makes them less than perfect for me. The glass blocks are not the same size across the assembly. The top 3 rows are about 6 inches and square, and the bottom row are rectangular, I would say about 3 inch by 6 inch. To me it just looks like the bottom row was an afterthought, and takes away from the symmetry of the assembly in general. The product looks only similar to the photo in the online view, which of course is perfectly symmetrical. Also, there is no clear instruction as to how the "strips" that are included in the package are used in the installation. In the online (and printed) instructions for assembly, they are not even mentioned. Basically, the instructions say just to pack mortar around them and you're good to go. I suspect they wouldn't include these if they don't have a specific use.

The price was by far excellent. I gave the overall rating of good because we have not installed it yet. Hopefully we we install it by this weekend and then be able to let you know if the overall rating should be excellent.

Glass Block window was delivered as described. Suggested R.O dimensions were correct. Window fit correctly in suggested R.O. dimensions. Good quality, and $ value.

Horrible Craftsmanship...we will return asap. The unit was fabricated with inconsistent adhesive and has a horrific odor from the adhesive! Never buy this type of unit again!

Without reservation I would recommend this product. Yes it was very heavy but with a little help from friends the window went in very simply.

After installing four windows and looking at the finished product, I must say it is an outstanding value for the money. Good quality product when installed properly (easy install) creates a very good aesthetic effect.

It was so nice to be able to purchase whole windows instead of individual glass blocks that require some knowledge or talent to assemble into a whole window. This was the perfect solution to replacing broken traditional basement windows. They provide more security than basement windows & still let in the light. You can't open them but the look is nicer & they provide privacy traditional basement windows do not. It is also nice the windows come in a couple different styles.

Nice, hard to find size. Fits well in a small shower. No instructions included in packaging or on Tafco website.
