Better than expected. Good quality and seems to be well constructed.

The latch that keeps the window on the scissors part underneath is not well made it won’t hold when you open or shut the window. Installed not taking it back out.

Chose store pickup options as I was concerned about shipping & handling damage. No issues on pickup; very well packaged. I didn’t have exact dimensions for opening but my estimates from the old windows indicated it would fit with minimal or no re-framing. Installing to a bit for the 1st window, but after the initial learning curve to remove the old window, 2nd one went much faster. Hope the window will be durable and not have any need to replace for decades.

The window was Installed in storage shed attached to the garage. It looks pretty nice Probably we will order an extra window to complete the project.

We purchased one and are very happy. It's reasonably priced and is well made. Now we're waiting until they're back in stock to order a second.

Really nice window. Used it as a replacement window in a bathroom. Window cranks are smooth. Great price as good as other windows we bought for twice the cost
