Picked up at the store. Very well packaged, shrink wrapped and upright on a pallet. When in very smoothly. The lockset holes were well routed. made for a very easy install.

I would give this product a 5 star rating but like most pre hung doors these days the holes for the dead bolt and door latch had to be modified to match up with the actual dead bolt and door latch holes.

Door looks good and went in like a charm. The only reason this door doesn't get a 5 star rating is because like most prehung doors these days you usually have to modify the dead bolt or door latch to line up with the pre-drilled hole in the side rail. This door was no different. If I could I would give it a 4.5 star

this door was well packaged to keep it from external damage and from being twisted or seriously out of square. the includes installation instructions were very helpful for hanging a door for the 1st time.
