outstanding quality item

I have never seen such junk. It was ok at first.it worked fine. After a few months the inside battery compartment fell out. So I changed the code. Now something is jammed inside the door. It will not lock without a key. It's junk! Not feasible for me at all. Very disappointed with Stalwart safe. Would never buy again and would not recommend it at all.

The only problem I had was setting the code to open, but after a few try's I got it. It's a nice size for for keeping papers like wills, life insurance papers, birth certificates and things like that. Great price and easy to move by not being heavy.

Great size. But be aware, it is not waterproof. Holes in the bottom and the back to mount.

So far this is exactly what I needed, a small space to store some valuable items. It is definitely smaller inside than I thought, barely big enough to fit an 8.5X11 sheet of paper, and when the door closes it usually pushes against what I have in there. With that said, it does the job I needed without issue so far.

The safe works great for my purposes. I do not need to mount it to a wall so cannot comment on that. Lock mechanism and keypad work well. Easy to setup combination. Fits a small laptop and several other electronic devices without problems.

It said fireproof and water proof, but is has 4 open holes to secure it. However you secure it, it if you don’t, it has open holes!

Good quality large in size easy instructions

It is just what I needed & it's suppose to be fireproof.

Fast delivery. The Box and Item arrived in perfect condition. I tried opening it with the key and after a few minutes of struggling, it finally opened. The door was rubbing on it's edges causing it to be very difficult to open since there is no handle to pull on. I tried bending the outer opening with a hammer, then used an angle grinder on the door edge. It now opens freely. A good tip for anyone with problems would be to just grind the door near the bolt mechanism where it is rubbing.

Quality safe at a reasonable price.

The safe arrived slightly bent in the front so that the door could not open. The fact that this had happened in shipping, and it was well packaged made me decide that it was not sturdy enough to protect anything.

Too Small and poorly constructed

Exactly what we wanted in size and security. Sure beats renting a safe deposit box!! Surprisingly the battery compartment gave me a hassle. But got batteries in and am a happy camper.

I like the size & construction of the safe. It has plenty of mounting holes for added security but I can't get the digital lock to set rendering the safe useless. The instructions DO NOT have any contact number or email address to contact the safe company for assistance; therefore I am returning the safe to The Home Depot for a refund

Purchased the product on line, it was delivered free and the delivery was earlier than expected which was great. Would recommend to order this way if you cannot find what you want in the stores. thanks
