    A:  No. The safe is not insulated for fireproofing. Definitely not waterproof, the electric lock may fail if, in contact with the water. Hope this answer your question.

      Q:why do you say this safe is not rated for fire protection, when the description says it is fire and water rated? how can it keep that rating with those holes? and how can one travel with it, if it has been mounted?
