Many of the pieces don’t match, it was hard to put together, the pieces don’t match up, and it feels unsteady and poorly supported. Can’t wait for it to break.

Everything was fine until I got to the drawers and the top. The drawers won't close all the way despite realigning the brackets several times. Very stiff and don't move freely. The boards for the top have predrilled holes that don't line up with the frame. You also have to stand the entire thing up to add screws to the steel plates, which is risky because it's very unstable in that position. I wouldn't recommend this thing if you want something of good quality, but if you get one, buy some extra wood screws and a power drill because you'll need it. I think it's worth half the listed price because of these 2 issues.

Very clean and simple design. The edges are pretty sharp, scuffed myself quite often during the first week. Moving it after building it is a bit sketchy feels like I would break it.

The packaging was trash, pieces has chips, and the bed was far too complicated. We trashed it.

The directions could have been clearer when putting it together. I managed just by using critical thinking but the process would have been a lot less stressful if the directions had a little more specificity

Assembly took longer than I thought had to hand drill some holes due to poor placement of predrilled ones but product is sturdy and preforming as expected so far. I would recommend to others with some caution. Overall satisfied with this purchase

The product is poorly made and in just a short amount of time it's coming apart. I assumed ordering something from the Home Depot would have been made much more heavy duty. I was wrong.

The beds peices did not match up together. Lots of incorrect measurements

Finally got to the end following each instruction to a T. And I couldnt screw the holes into the frame.

The instructions took some time to find and a little hard to read and it took awhile to put together there was a few bad words used but all in all it was a nice experience for my daughter to put it together and she got thru it and did it and now is very happy with it.

simple instructions, sturdy construction, but many of the drill holes were off. after taking it apart, and reassembling it several times to ensure it wasn't user error, I had to redrill many of the holes in order to complete the assembly. You could do worse, but a little disappointed that it wasn't perfect.

It did take two people to put together and the whole 2 hours notes on the instructions. However I do enjoy that the drawer is not picking out and out of the way.

Very dissapointed at the Home Depot for even carying this product. The wood is super cheap pressed cardboard I wouldn’t even call it wood the paint rubs off, it is so hard to put together as well. I needed a bed ASAP and decided to give this one a go big mistake I make a call to customer service after it taking me almost a week to put together. A corner of the bed already broke. Spend a lil more cash and make sure your bed does not come in 10080000 pieces. I will be returning this product even tho it might be in several pieces.

Particleboard awful! Was all chipped off would break easily!

Cheap wood , the measures for the whole having the screws go in are in the wrong area.

Product was extremely difficult to assemble. Finish was chipped in multiple spots. One of the drawers is damaged. Mattress slides off. Not worth it.

Well built and despite shipping being poor with their handling of the package it arrived in fairly decent condition and was discovered to be a good quality product.

We had to call the company twice just to get all the parts. Not a good experience.

The worst made bed ever! Cheap particle board, flimsy! IKEA has better furniture
