Looks fine, fits need for future flexibility
I wanted to replace the carpet in a room that might be a bathroom someday. This tile fit the bill, and will hopefully allow an easier potential future bathroom install. The actual tile install took longer than I expected. I hadn't allowed for movement of the floor while installing, so we had to be careful to make sure it remained centered. But the grouting was easy and fast, so overall the project went well.

    Tile made easy
I never tiled a floor before. The Snapstone tile system was fast and easy with a beautiful result. While it is a bit pricey, the finished product and ease of installation are well worth the cost. I would recommend this product .

    Easy Install Tile
This is the only way to go for a DIYer with little tile experience. If you can measure it and cut it.. you can't make a mistake. Love this stuff! Easy to work with minimal effort and cleaup.

A little pricey, but a great product
This tile was a great fit for remodeling my 2 bathrooms because of the floor not being perfectly level, and the ease of installing without the bother of having to use a mortar base.

Cool product. It is rather pricey, especially the 6 inch tiles.

      Snapstone
Snapstone was all the reviews said - easy to install, looks great! I'd read the review that mentioned cracking under a refrigerator - bothered me and mentioned it to the Home Depot guy - he said that's true of all porcelain. Will be ordering soon to install in master bath.

      BUYER BEWARE
I put in this system with a heated flooring option, made sure everything was right, all the joints sealed, and all of the grout in with caulk around the edges. After about a month after the installation I had a small sewage back flow (maybe 2 gallons of water). Water proceeded to seep through the grout, mold the heater pad and all the underlayment. I called Snapstone and they couldn't believe their product had a defect. They also told me that this product SHOULD NOT BE INSTALLED AROUND MOISTURE. I had to tear up the entire floor i had just installed and deal with re-flooring all over again. The most they would do is send me a bucket of grout ( 6 weeks after the incident had happened and I had already installed traditional tiles) Not so frustrated with the product as I am with the company. They believe in their products more than their customers. The tiles looked great, installed easy, but they are not a quality long term solution for a bathroom floor.

Grout cracked after 6 month, stay way from this product
These tiles were very easy to install and looked great for the first 6 months but then the problems started, the grout started to crack and I mean crack a lot in numerous locations, it is now to the point were we are going to have to replace the entire floor with real tile. I followed the installation instruction carefully and still the grout failed. Please stay way from this product.

          Snapstone interlocking porcelain floor tiles
Pros: both tiles and special grout are easy to work with; instructions are clear; color uniform; finish floor looks professionally done; grout line are straight better than many tiling job I have seen; tiles are well made; non messy installation Cons: tiles and special grout are on the expensive side

          Best product ever.
This product is great! I have helped put down many tiles over the years, bathrooms, hallways, kitchens but this was by far the easiest and quickest project yet. It looks beautiful. Coming from a senior that means a lot.

          Buyer Beware
This is a great product for DIY'ers. As long as you like to do it OVER AND OVER again and have a whole lot of extra time on your hands. The tiles crack easily for seemingly no reason at all. I believe the reason is that the tile itself is set in a plastic tray. Any point contact will cause the tile to bend in the plastic trey and crack. It is also easy to accidentally crack the tiles duriing installation and not notice for a couple months. Cutting the grout out and replacing tile is difficult, time consuming, and messy. And don't ever clean under your fridge after you lay this tile. You are sure to crack a couple pieces every time you move the fridge. I am going to try to put larger feet on my fridge to distribute the load more and hopefully not crack more tile. And very disappointing, when I removed one tile, I found that the grout was not water proof and the wood under the grout was wet. That means the subfloor is probably wet in many places under the floor. Eventually that will mold and the entire subfloor will need to be cut out and replaced. The tile will need to be replaced, but that will be a small job compared to the subfloor that the tile caused damage to. I do not recommend this for anyone anywhere. Bad product.

Very Simple and Easy To Install (Also Looks Great Too!!)
This was my first time installing tile ever and I had an upstairs bathroom to do (roughly 45 sq ft of tile). Once you have figured out how you are going to lay your tile (your focal point) the rest was quite easy. I used a wet saw to make the cuts (ADVICE: put your saw water sump in a clean bucket of water next to your saw or otherwise you will clog up the sump with the tile backing, the tile pieces sink but the plastic floats around, no biggie I just dumped out water when needed from the saw tray). Anyways back to the project, when laying your tile ensure your first row stays put because when starting off, if you click the initial tiles in place they will move slightly. I just had someone hold them in place until the first row was done. After the first row, the tiles stay in place and click in rather easily. Also, our kit did not come with what I believe they call a jay hook. When laying down tile next to a wall you can't use your rubber mallet due to spacing issues so this hook will come in handy to pull the tiles in place. As soon as you are done you can start grouting. Make sure you follow the directions for grouting otherwise you will have problems. The next morning (about 8 hours later) I re-installed the toilet without any problems. I have been told you can do it as soon as you are done grouting but I was too tired. The only CON is, the different style tiles aren't available to view in stores. However you can go to Snapstone and have up to 4 samples delivered to your house free of charge.

It was a bit darker than I expected, but the tiles are beautiful and easy to install.

The product installs quickly and looks great!
Make sure to align your grout lines, and use the little crosses that fit a 1/4" tile. Don't try to grout too much at a time (before cleaning). It is not the same as a cement based grout! Watch the videos!
