Good but not best
Thermoquiet 100 Sg. Ft. is good product and very easy to cut and install, but its a bit expensive and rather fragile went walking with shoes. Reflectix is a much better with half the price.

Condo required
Required by condo association for reduction of noise transmission. This product was available through Home Depot and fit the requirement. However Home Depot was not familiar with the product and could not recommend how to install it. Called the manufacturer for information and they recommended a different installation mefhod than the one supplied with the product. The product is easy to install but not really sure how it will hold up under ceramic tile. Hope it was the right choice.

Nice quality
Easy to install and of very good quality. We can tell the difference in the temperature of the room.

ThermoQuiet seems like high-quality stuff. It was easy to install and greatly reduced the noise coming through my floor.
