Easy peazy leak proof 1st time no refitting.

Worked but these are not really made to be reused. If the rubber seal is damaged with removal and a second application, the seal is compromised and you will have a leak.

if you have to work on water pipes one of the best things to do is use these sharkbites I can, tell you how easy it is to put together a schematice of pipes useing sharkbite, I put in a new water heater and water tank useing them just make sure you connect them with the proper flex pipes comming out of any water heater then add your sharbites and flex pipes but I will say its a little costly useing sharkbites but if you compare the cost to having a water pipe leak after you splder the joints its well worth the extra cost.

Bought 12 different fittings, 1/2 did not work. Have worked them before I know how to use them.

Worked well had to order it because there was no 1/2 shark bite flex that were long enough

Unless you have a electronic $3,800 crimp tool …sharks are the next best connector.
