Very easy to install I would buy it again

Removing valves to relocate: Leave the thin clamping nut alone for now. Hold the upper valve (inside the box) with regular channel locking pliers and grip the thickest part of the SharkBite (outside the box) with small Knipex pliers and rotate to loosen. After unscrewing the push connector, remove the thin clamping nut. If you need to punch out the smaller knockouts, be careful to only remove the inner circle. May be a good idea to score with a hobby knife beforehand.

If you want to install this kit for an existing center drain, you should think twice. I tried to remove one valve and it was very difficult to unseparate so you can move it to the holes on the other side of the box where the center drain is. Their instructions are lacking to be polite and they used some sort of a hard glue thread sealant so the lock nut under the valve can't be moved off of the threads without misshaping the brass. You can't easily get the sealant off either. Of course, the training video on their website doesn't address rearranging the fittings as advertised on the box. Also, the plastic box is very cheap and wont' stand up to time. Mine was already slightly cracked in one corner when I opened the box. I took it back within 2 hours and bought an Oatay and it's going much better - thicker plastic. I thought it would be better quality since Sharkbite fittings seems to be. So much for being no "sweat".

The products are made for professional plumbers, not average handyman. You might consider providing more instructions, with adequate warnings/disclaimers because many cannot afford an emergency plumber on a weekend for a simple fix.

The new laundry room conector was easily installed in new Pex piping in my home

I needed to change the positions of the valves due to the feed coming in from the top. I followed the instructions exactly for removing the knockout. The knockout came out on the larger size not smaller. This results in a hole that is too large for the valve. Removing the second knockout resulted in a large crack. Scratch one box. If the knockouts came out correctly there was still going to be the problem of blocking off the holes for original location of the valves.

Mending and repairing a lot of plumbing in an older "fixer-upper." I'm Loving the Sharkbite connectors. In fact, I swear by them! However, whoever designed this box should be forced to install them all day long!

Loved the fixtures, the plastic box could have been made of better material..it was kind of flimsy

Made it easy to install. Although I can sweat and work copper. Plex was easier.

Super customer service helper named Betty. The item has faucets on bottom of housing and I needed them on top. I was unable to remove and she helped me to remove them. I usually go to Lowe’s for the military discount and my Home Depot the workers are not too nice. When in Florida I will go to your store more often.

Easy install and nice craftsmanship. Initially the plastic appeared to be fragile, but once it is attached to the studs and pvc pipe.

Returned in the store to get the much better Tectite version. Same idea in the Tectite Washer Box using the push-to-connect feature, but the plastic box is 3x more rigid.

So easy... The box is not as big as the one I had to take out, so some extra drywall work will be necessary.

I needed to replace my box so I selected this unit with the shark bite connection which made the replacement much easier just cut my copper lines attached the shark bites and made the connection no leaks

This a quick set, easy saves time cost a bit, no drain in middle to left or right//

Worked just as designed. Easy DIY as long as you can cut off the water

Works great I've installed several of these and you don't have to have crimp rings to install it or a crimping tool
