Really good spread-ability and coverage. I am using it on a storage facility floors and find it very durable, easy to touch up when there are scrapes and chips. Dirt and even oil cleanups are so easy now and have cut costs. Proper Preparation though is 90% of the job so don't skip that step, I use Rustoleum de-greaser & etching.

Bought the 5 gallon bucket and it does not work
Paint comes off EASILY off the concrete floor. Definitely like the 2 part garage epoxy kits. This paint seems to adhere worst than a regular can of latex paint. Seriously, I have no idea how they can say it's 3x more durable than floor paint.

That's not what we expect to hear, Scott! To ensure full adhesion of Rust-Oleum Seal Krete Epoxy-Seal Concrete and Garage Floor Paint, proper surface prep is key. This includes thoroughly cleaning and degreasing the floor. Bare concrete needs to be etched to open up the pores, and previously painted surfaces need to be primed or scuff sanded. Rustoleum brand dries quicker and holds up better, I did a couple coats on top of this brand.

Thanks for the feedback Joe. Rust-Oleum Seal-Krete Epoxy-Seal Concrete & Garage Floor Coating dries to the touch in 2 hours, can accept light foot traffic in 24 hours, heavy foot traffic in 72 hours. Allow a minimum of 5 days before subjecting to automotive traffic. Two coats of Epoxy-Seal are required, the second coat applied 4-6 hour after the first, applied perpendicular to the first coat.

Look for something better
I followed all the directions to the letter for sealing my garage. This product does not seem to last I’ve laid four seperatr coats along with three seperate clear coats. I allowed each coat to dry for five to seven days. After about a day of my vehicle being parked on it, the flooring pealed up every time. Ive resealed and tried again and again the floor pealed up. This product is not worth it

That is odd to hear, Jason! Keep in mind that for concrete floors that will experience vehicle traffic, we recommend priming the concrete with our Seal-Krete Lock-Down Primer, then top coating the Epoxy-Seal with our Seal-Krete Clear-Seal Concrete Protective Sealer. If the coating is peeling down to bare concrete when driven on, there may be an issue with the concrete itself, such as laitance, or the concrete may have an intact sealer. Oh no, that's not what we expect to hear! Proper surface prep and application is key in ensuring lasting results with Rust-Oleum Seal Krete Epoxy-Seal Concrete and Garage Floor Paint. If coating bare concrete that will receive vehicle traffic, the surface must be etched. All surfaces must be spotless and dry prior to application. Loose or peeling paint can be removed will need to be removed prior to recoating or touching up the surface.

Paint does not stick
Painted back yard cemented area on Wednesday, Let it dry for 4 days. Yesterday, swept area to so that i could put furniture back and as i swept, parts of the paint lifted right up. Horrible product.

Let's talk about this! Rust-Oleum Seal Krete Epoxy-Seal Concrete and Garage Floor Paint reaches full adhesion after 5 days. We do not recommend abrading the surface or placing heavy objects on the surface before this point. Please keep in mind, cooler temperatures or higher humidity can extend listed dry times. This product must also be applied to unsealed masonry and a splash test should be performed to ensure the surface is ready to be coated.

800-1100 sq ft per gallon, really. Armor gray looks quite light, I switched to Slate Gray
I'm reporting on coverage only.I got 825 sq ft/gal first coat, 1100 sq ft/gal second (including Anti-skid). I painted my 25 year old bare garage floor, with many past oil stains. Cleaned using Goof-Off concrete cleaner – wet scrub. Etched it using Seal Krete Clean-n-Etch, two passes scrubbing each time. I primed using Seal Krete Lock-Down primer. high quality 1/4 in nap roller for all.Added 1.5 packages of anti-skid/gal in the top coat- feels like a med-fine sandpaper. This was huge job and basically laid me to waste. I have not put anything on the floor yet and have no idea how durable it will be
