Product was applied by a professional after meticulous preparation. Extra time was allowed for curing. After two weeks I still parked on cardboard mats. Once the mats were removed, tire lift-off began. Product does not live up to it’s advertised claims. It’s a waste of time and money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This made my garage really look much better. The floor now stands out. I used the paint and added the paint flakes. They flakes did not come with this, I bought them separately. I painted my garage in two different sessions. Front and back half so I didn’t have to put everything outside for any length of time. It was easy and quick to apply. Waited about 3 hours to put the second coat on and add the flakes. Then let it sit for about 3 days. Came out great! Will be using this product around my pool deck as well.

Hired a pro. He thoroughly treated concrete with Rust Oleam degreaser and applied two coats of this epoxy, chips and polyaspartic. But the base coat did not have good adhesion well. Peeled off in a month under tires like a tape! Wasted over thousand bucks

Used Rustoleum etch first (as directed) then applied this product as directed with a SEVEN day cure (zero car traffic), just in case. After seven days, we put both cars in the garage. Next morning, this (see photos). After all this work, I’m just …really upset.

Chose ship to store. At pickup, opened box to see both cans had opened and spilled inside the box

The sealer started to wear off already. Very disappinted

I wanted to buy this but I read the instructions and is a real pain to use, You have to degrease and etch the concrete for this to stick and even then it might not work. Not worth the trouble.

We completed a tedious amount of prep work for this job. Pulled up the carpet in our basement, sanded the adhesive off of the floor. Sanded the floor again to ensure that there would be good adhesion of paint. Cleaned the floor 3 times with cleaner/degreaser before paining. We applied 3 coats of this paint to ensure a thorough service even waking up in the night to follow time guidelines. 2 coats of sealer to ensure a proper seal and kept floor clear for 4 days. Didn’t matter. Chips everywhere.

I work on cars and other projects in the garage so it has years of grime, paint and oil on it. I moved everything to one half of the garage and applied this one half at a time. The key is to prepare the floor. I used degreaser and a scrub brush to clean the floor and used crack sealant to fill in the cracks in the concrete. This product rolls on easily like paint and dried quickly. I let it sit overnight and carefully moved my things to the other half and repeated the process. It dried to a satin finish and isn't slippery when dry or wet. Cleaning the garage floor is simple now with just a mop and soapy water. The concrete isn't porous like it was and cleans easily. Road salt and grit cleans up easily. I'd recommend this to make your garage look like new.

We waited until we had a good week to do it from start to finish. We have had a lot of rain lately so we wanted to make sure that would be out of the way before we started. After every thing was said and done it totally looks like a professional did it. The drying process took a little longer than we expected, but if we did it in warmer weather that would have sped it up. We used fans so that made the process a little easier. After getting everything removed it was easy to apply. Especially since there was 2 of us. It looks great and have no regrets. I wish we would have done it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was a little skeptical about a 1 part epoxy, but it seems to be adhering well and cure hard. the color is nice. I still noticed though, its all in the prep work. Prep is definitely the most important so follow the instructions.

Comes in a pack of 4 and that is perfect amount of epoxy for a normal 2 car garage. Easy to pour and it dries within a day. Love the way my garage looks now. Highly recommended to all my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very slick porch. I decided that Seal-Krete Epoxy-Seal 1-part Charcoal Gray Satin Concrete and Garage Floor Paint would help. I read the comments and decided to use a product that roughs up the concrete first to help it adhere. Definitely a good idea The application was easier than I had expected. I did take things off but it was preset easy to apply. Clean up was fairly simple. The only issue I had was the temperature window. We had a cold from then a heat wave. Not sure if the window can be improved but that would be the only issue I had. Great stuff!

It covered up the stains nicely on our concrete. My husband is constantly spilling things while tinkering with cars and motorcycles. He loves it too.

Easy to apply and spread among the space you are tying to cover! Only thing is the 10 day waiting period after using! Looks great though, gives the garage a finishing touch. Would definitely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't yet applid the Seal-Krete Epoxy-Seal Charcoal Gray Garage Floor Paint to the intended garage floor but judging how well it clings to ceramic tile and wood cabinets it should work well. The paint cans were shipped double-boxed and paint can tops were clipped to prevent any leaks during shipping but when I picked up the package the small arrows were pointing down. I carried the box to my kitchen and as I turned it right side up to open the box, it became apparent one can's clips had come loose while turned upside down or in shipment and it leaked on me and the floor. I guess the shippers did not notice the small arrows on box pointing up to indicate "THIS SIDE UP!" The loose top of the can was partially open and caused the paint to spill onto my jeans, shirt, kitchen cabinet, floor and rug. Working frantically, I got most of it cleaned up except for a few splatters on tne cabinets, floor, and wall. The rug and my clothes are ruined but those small splatters are here to stay. I recommend shipping in boxes with bigger arrows pointing up and a message stating "This Side Up" on boxes so this doesn't happen to anyone ellse. I am eager to try this epoxy seal paint on the garage floor. I have used other Rust-Oleum products and have been very happy with the results.

The paint was super easy to put on. Looks awesome. I have not let anybody use the garage yet. I am letting it set up so it does not peel off from the tires.

I let the first coat dry a day just to make sure and then did another coat. I didn't drive in my garage for a week to make sure all was dry. Made a huge difference on how my garage looks, highly recommend!

Gives a shiny finish concrete look to garage. Very longlasting. The epoxy seal bond works very strongly. I am going to get new one to get my back patio done with this. Love the paint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this up to redo my garage floor again, i did it over the summer months with the very same product already,but after cleaning the floor really good then used a muriatic acid to make sure it was good and clean, i let it sit for about 4 days to be good and dry the put a etching sealer on it and let that dry for a couple days, then finally rolled on this EPOXY-SEAL 3 good coats in all,looked amazing for about 2 weeks but after getting some vehicles in to service,the random leaks and dropped tools really made the floor look terrible pretty quick,some spots the paint started bubbling and peeling up, other places stained really bad,really fast, so i am hoping after i clean it all back up again and coat it again that this time it lasts longer than a few weeks, as it really does look amazing when first done.

I was able to add my patio furniture back within a few hours. I’ve had many compliments and would recommend this product.

I need that because putting it on my pouch makes this epoxy-seal just what I needed. No peeling or blistering and love the satin gray color. A porch gets a lot of traffic, and this epoxy seal is very durable. The clean up with soap and water makes it very easy.

I really needed this because the flooring in my garage was a mess. I used this perfect charcoal color on the garage floor and it made the whole garage look brand new and amazing. I had just enough Epoxy seal for the whole ground in the garage. I would recommend this product to everyone that needs a new garage flooring.
