The first door came damaged, holes in the screen and it was scratched in several places. The second door was perfect.

The door came broken, and I am not able to install it.

I had to exchange these because they are stationary fixed doors and I needed doors that open and close. I wish they had done that as I like the way they look.

As others have noted, this door is held together with wooden dowels and my door started falling apart after about two years. Upon inspection I found the wooden dowels were rotting and no longer held the parts together. The way it is constructed there is no easy way to fix it so I am going to have to buy a new door again. It went in easy enough and it looked good for the two years we had it but I was disappointed in the internal construction.

Nice design but cheap product. Came scuffed up and cracked when installed. Worth the price I guess.

Looks great and went up quickly. Very happy with the door as a replacement for a wooden screen door.

Beautiful door, but held together by wooden dowels that come apart after time. We are on replacement #3. I wish they would find a vinyl solution for the dowels. I would only recommend for an interior, weather safe installation.

Unfortunately it was cracked and had to be returned. I'm hoping the replacement will arrive undamaged

Looks nice and does the job for us. We do not have pets or small children so don't know how well it would stand up to those.

The door had been dropped on the corner before it was delivered to me and sustained a large crack that I had to glue. Installation of the door was fairly easy. All in all I would have to say that this particular door was not worth the amount of money I spent for it. Although I'm a little skeptical cinstallation of the door was fairly easy. Beautiful look. Haven't had a chance to install this door yet but it's definitely heavier and sturdier than it looked. Waiting to paint our house before putting it up.

This door was on the house when we bought it last year, and it looked beautiful. Then about 4 months later one of the top scrolls disentigrated (it was all pitted up) and fell off, quickly followed by the others. Then about 9 months in, the bottom edge of the door started coming loose, and then fell off the next morning before we could fix it. The door is held together by cheap flimsy wooden dowels. Overall, it looks pretty, but it is garbage. I came to see what replacements were available, and am horrified this door costs over $100.00!!!!

Great door. Used it as an interior door on our bedroom to keep the dogs out without closing off room. Looks nice and was easy to install.

The door was cracked. I ordered another one and it was cracked. So was the third, fourth and fifth one. It did not meet my expectations because it was damaged each time and this is the feature that stood out the most. I had each door 1-3 days before it was returned and reordered. I am hopeful that my review meets Home Depot standards this time and may benefit others.

I needed a screen door for my front porch and since it is on the front of the house, wanted something decorative. It is beautiful, I've already had multiple compliments!

As a truck driver I delivered to the factory in south carolina. I saw first hand the craftsmanship being put into each screen door. This experience was the reason I choose to purchase our new screen door from screen tight. Also no more repainting!

Product arrived damaged from factory. Installers returned it to store for repair. Then incorrect hardware was ordered, had to reorder hardware. I was then out of town for 3 weeks and received rude phone call from Citi telling me my payment was late and I was charged $25 late charge. I will make payment at local store today 10-07, and make arrangements for installation of door. However, I'm not a happy customer, which I'm sure no one cares!!!!!

I painted this door to match the colors on the outside of the house, tan and brown, but because the door faces West, the sun light/heat it warped and pulled all the glue joints apart. I'm in the mountains of Nor Cal at 3100' so it's not like Phoenix or anything here.

I loved it when I received it - but unfortunately had to return it to Home Depot - not that I didn't like it - I needed a smaller size - and they didn't have it in the same style - but ordered one similar - but not received yet. So definitely recommend it!

I had previously purchased a very cheap wooden screen door from Home Depot that wore out in about three years so I knew that I wanted something more durable but really nice to look at as well. The reviews were great for this door and I truly love it. While it is plastic, it has the look and charm of a wooden door. The solid bottom panels keep the rain out and prevent problems with screen wear as was the case with my former door where the screen went the full length of the door (Eventually, it would slam on your heals and tear up or loosen the screen.) My one complaint with this door is that it arrived damaged from FedEx leaving a busted box and the screen torn right smack in the middle of the door. Nothing else was harmed so really, the packaging needs to be changed to protect that part of the door during shipping. Fortunately, I had not only a roll of screen to replace the tear, I had solar screen which is thicker and darker. Once I put that in, I loved the door even more. It keeps the sun out and makes the door look even better! I wish I could say installation was a breeze but it wasn't. No house is perfectly square so there's always some fine tuning to be done. I'm married to MacGyver so I didn't have to hire a pro but if you're easily frustrated or assume you simply take this out of the box and stick it in the door jamb, you might want to add installation to your order. Make sure you realize that you will need hinges, a door handle of your style choice and pneumatic closure devices which are all sold separately. It gives you some preference choices which is actually nice just be aware of that because it is not included. Once installed, we couldn't stop looking at it. It really is stylish and adds some Southern charm to the patio.

I was very disappointed...if I were to purchase the same door at the store, the hardware would have been included; not knowing this, I ordered the door online, which cost more And I had to go to the store to purchase all of the hardware! I would not recommend this to anyone...

The door was delivered by UPS and left at my neighbors house by mistake. The package was a little dented and there was a piece around the screen area where there seemed to be some damage. The door itself is very nice.
