Beautiful door. Only issue was sides of frame are not wide enough to support door properly, definitely n.Tteeds to be wider. To compensate we used old on sides and new frame for the rest. They look good and are more secure. Since the door was a little.pricey,would recommend you ck it out.Think you will agree.

Simple to install. Returned my shower to near new condition.. near exact match form/fit/function to original 17 yr old door. Very happy.

Very satisfied with the final installed product. It took several hours to install, but the door works just as expected. I used a chop saw with metal cutting blade and it really made cutting the aluminum frame a breeze. Just measure twice and cut once. This is a fairly inexpensive product so it is not as sturdy as the high end doors costing X2/X3 as much but, the doors slide smoothly and are quiet. I spent a little extra time perfecting the door alignment, per the instructions, so they are watertight and open/close with just a touch.

I had miss parts, call sterling customer service, they send me wrong part. Don’t know what to do now.

I’m glad I own a tool & die I made it work but the average person would have a hard time but it looks good

Haven’t put the door up yet. Shipping was on time. Will post more as project is accomplished.

I am returning the door

Overall works well and looks good. Replaced an much older version of the same door. This was for a prefab shower enclosure. The walls slope slightly on both sides of the door so I had to re-use the sloped inserts to be able to match up with the rectangle doors. Without the inserts the doors would have never matched up with the prefab shower entry. On the bright side, the door frames did fit right over the top of the inserts with no problem. The door cap does not screw or snap on so only the silicone sealer holds it in place, and it must be cut to fit the opening.

Worth the money. Easy to install. But, am waiting on a new door from Kohler. The pre-drilled handle holes were not lined up. One was about 3 inches higher than the other. Called customer service and they are sending a replacement door.

Turned out to be what I needed

very durable and worked great for the person I installed it for. Very Happy!

For the price, this was an excellent choice for us. Doors do not have a middle spacer like most do. These doors use a different mechanism to keep the doors aligned. Follow the directions for installation and you will be fine.

We bought this door to replace a 90’s gold one. This one is so much better! We hired contractors to install it and have had zero issues with it. Works great and is exactly what we needed to update our shower.

These doors are great! Easy installation and great fit too our older Sterling shower base.

Great workmanship, easy to install

The doors do *not* cover a 44" opening properly as shown in the picture. When installed in a 44" opening with both doors closed, the very inner-edges (the vertical edges in the middle of the opening as seen in the picture) of each door are not overlapped at all--they barely meet end-to-end--but because there is a good 1/2 inch of space between the doors--you can see right in and water can spray right out. That is why I gave this a 2-star. The installation was fine, it's no different than other doors, I use an angle grinder cutoff to cut the bottom and top rails (why those rails come 49" as if it's made to fit a range of opening sizes if the door won't even technically cover a 44" opening I have no idea). The rest is pretty well documented in the directions, just look closely and follow which side the rollers go on, etc. The installation process was fine with this product. But I need to re-iterate the fact that they scrimped on the door widths is a big problem with me--when closed the frame-ends of the doors should overlap each other when closed and not leave a huge gap for water to exit the enclosure. --Jim
