it does what it supposed to, fairly quietly, over a month now. Only, the instruction on the booklet is terrible and hard to understand. I called a few times, still not sure if I was given a correct info or the item is actually defective.

The dehumidifier was easy to use, just plugged it in.

Good looking, well made and really affective at removing moisture from the air. Noise level is fairly high on normal speed and downright annoying on the higher speed. The water is easy to empty.

Works great, easy to set up and drying up the basement nicely!! Ran a hose from the unit to drain so I don’t have to empty the water!

The dehumidifier was easy to put together and add the hose for the drain.

Small tank which has to be emptied twice a day. It would be great if I had a drain to hook it too.

Difficult to move water tray in or out and the connection hoses for automatic emptying are cheap and flimsy

does the job efficiently for the space

I use this in my mobile home, it takes out 60 pints of water in 24 hour. Easy to use and makes a little buzzy sound. I'm glad I bought this product, price was right.

While it works well and pulls moisture out of the basement air, the small tank needs to be emptied more often than is desirable. If I can get it hooked up to flow continuously into a drain, it will be better.

This works well, but could be quieter. I didn't realize how much humidity I was dealing with until I got this and kept emptying it. Next time I might go with a pump unit.

Seems to work well. Only draw back is reserve tank is lil small. Should have gotten something a lil bigger.

Overall seems to be working well. It is definitely removing water from the air. Only con at this point is the noise level. It is extremely loud when operating.

This unit is all around hands down a great unit plugged it in and the humidity in my basement was dropping within minutes of turbo mode and in regular mode it dropped quickly too very happy would recommend this unit to anyone wit a small apartent or basement less than 600 sq ft

The thing conked out after a years use. Was told by SPT that system needs recharging, but could not answer, since when dehumidifiers need recharging? and could not explain where or who could provide such a service? I hold home depot partially responsible for not vetting or standing behind the product they sell. Besides for a small holding tank, unit operated fine for just beyond a year, just beyond warranty. I expect more from durable products I purchase.
