Product fit our window well but was thinner than expected for the price. Too early to tell if more durable.

Would have given 5 stars except that the picture looks like a solid piece of very thick light blocking plastic which is what I wanted for 250 lb. durability. What was delivered was a stout CLEAR plastic cover of a little more thickness than what my local HD had in stock. Unsure of the 250 lb claim but installed anyway. So far, all is good considering my 85 lb pooch.

Claims to be adjstable but no way to do so. Returned.

I bought this to replace a flimsy one I purchased for around $10. This one is 4 times the price, I was hoping for 4 times the thickness and toughness. Unfortunately, this is not the case. It is probably twice as thick, but still flimsy. We have a 16 month old who would easily fall through this if stepped on, would not hold near the claimed 100# weight. The cover is clear and not opaque or white as the picture appears. The cover does fit as described and the clips do a reasonable job of holding it down. I clean my patio with a blower, and they held the cover in place when I get near it. I don't think it would hold to a direct blast from the blower, but works fine. Bought this primarily as a safety feature for the 16 month old, unfortunately we still have to ensure he stays away from these.

Instructions were clear. Once you assemble the few needed tools, it comes together quickly. Easy to install. Looks great.

Arrived in excellent shape. Exactly what we wanted

The product is fine but I received clear ones instead of white ones like the picture. They still work fine but it would be better if you updated the picture to show the correct product.

Impossible to find a custom fit bit this was the closest.

Perfect. Keeps the rain out of the window well. Thank you.

Would have liked option of more sizes. Previously purchased covers have held up very well, which is why I replaced this new one with one from other manufacturer

Fast shipping and product is exactly what we needed.

Cover seems sturdy but didn’t work for our window well. Our window well came up too close to the siding for this to fit properly.

Exactly what I expected and as described. Quick delivery.

So many of the well covers available are thin and flimsy, but these are rugged and will stay clear for years. I bought three - two installed so far. The installation is easy - note that the clips bend together more as you tighten down the bolt, allowing some adjustment in tension. While they are much stronger than the kind one sees in stores, they're not something you can stand on. The clips attach well but the cover can be pulled off without difficulty if necessary.

The clips do not clip tightly to the window well no matter how tight we adjusted them. Wind will blow the cover right off. Had to put a rock on top to be sure the cover does not blow off. Will be returning to store.
