Lots of bare spots with no leather .Leather straps fall out Will return to store

Looks great in my living room. Only concern I have is, which isn't minor, is the leather strips come off so we find ourselves picking them up frequently. I'm saving them because at this rate, we may need to find a way to either sew or glue them back on.

Smelled horrible. Areas with no leather. I threw it out.

Very uncomfortable to stand on

I love this rug and love the way it looks!! but it is not for a main room rug..the leather shags do come loose and you will lose some. And have to use your hand to fluff up and pick up and trash on rug.

The color was not the same as it was advertised. Hoping it will fade as it is a few shades darker than I wanted. The leather strips fall off easily and sheds. I find myself constantly putting them back in so that it doesn't get bald.

Started falling apart when we unwrapped it

Love the look but hate that it is constantly losing the leather pieces. All I do is pick them up and put it back together. And this isn’t just one piece a day. It is several pieces every day

I purchased these black leather rugs over 10 yrs ago in my home in the mountains & left them with the new owner & recently ordered them for my new home. I love them & always get compliments on them. Easy care! Hoping they come back in stock because I need one additional one.

Color definitely didn't look like the picture & "light blue". It is a bright aqua color.

The rug has a lot of problems....to long fringes almost 1 foot , double fringes, loose fringes. I have 4 more leather rugs I bought from you 9-10 years ago...even today they are in very good condition and they look beautiful, the fringes are even and they look similar not like this rug . I am sorry

Rug was exactly what I wanted. I anticipate purchasing another in the near future.

The rug is really good looking and a great room accent, however it leather. pieces are not sew in well. I don’t think it will last too long.

I have ordered several of the Safavieh Leather shag rugs. This one was NOT at all the same, nor of the same quality. Very disappointed. I have also called, emailed customer service several times and no reply. Please respond to this email to see if we can arrange a replacement or refund. Thanks in advance,

I really love this rug and design concept but it sheds sheds and sheds. Otherwise it is a conversation piece. At this point I am contemplating returning it to the store however it is a hard decision to make. It is a display piece. The leather strips arEtoo long which causes it to shred.

The rug was delivered before expected. The quality is great and the description and colors are as advertised. I am very pleased with my purchase.

It is very poorly made and some of the colors were obnoxious & didn't match the picture. I ended up pulling those pieces out and was amazed at how easy it was to do so. Don't get me wrong, if you put this in a fun kids room, it may look fine but, for the price, I don't think you would. Sorry!

This rug is heavy and is leather strips that are not soft but stif and hard. The rug is more colorful than shown. It's not made to really walk on. It's made more for show.

The rugs smelled horrible and the leather strips were hard on my feet. I was not happy with this rug and returned it to the store immediately.
