I use it as hallway rug. I like it's look and feel. It's not soft or fancy. It's just has a natural look that fit my home. Very durable!

Beautiful rug, great quality. Must admit I saw it at a hotel we stay at. It has held up well in a commercial environment. The carpet has hemp one of the strongest fabric available.

Contemporary with rustic hand-made look. Looks great with our transitional decor. Not too scratchy on bare feet. Great price.

The photo of this rug really distorts what it actually looks like. The weave is very large and looks very "ropey". I bought it for our study but it is more suited to a basement or screened in porch, if anything. The website says pile is .25, but it is not. At least an inch, maybe more. And it is an uneven weave, so would think it might be odd to walk on barefoot.

The rug is really nice. Some of the other reviews said that the rug smelled bad, but mine does not. The navy loop is very dark, it almost looks black. I would recommend this rug to others.

It could just be the one I happened to get, but the smell I’d overwhelming even after two weeks and a week outside to air out and covered in fabreeze spray . It smells like petroleum or diesel fuel. I’m sad because it’s a beautiful run and soft for a jute . I am returning

This rug smelled so badly of mildew, returned.

Sorry to say, I cannot recommend these rugs. We ordered 5, and all 5 smelled of mold and mildew. No amount of airing would be able to rid these rugs of this extreme order...and I imagine it could even be a health concern. One positive...it is very convenient to order from Home Depot and we would definitely do it again!

The rug arrived sooner than expected. It looks great with our mid-century furnishings. No unpleasant surprises. Purchased at the store with the help of highly qualified personnel.

I wanted a rug made of natural materials but this was a little "too" natural for me! It came smelling awful like mildew/must, and frankly was one of the ugliest carpets I've ever seen. I grew up in a 70s decorated house with the macrame jute curtains. That's what this rug reminded me of. Did not flatter the country/farmhouse look I was going for at all. It also seemed quite yellow in color, versus natural/beige. This was returned promptly!

Added lots of texture to the room. Have had a couple of weeks with 2 dogs and seems to be holding well. Wanted to add photo in review but unable to and I always find a photo is very helpful.

This rug is gorgeous, color is spot on as shown on the website. Quality of the rug is great - thick enough to run your vacuum over it without sucking the rug up. Also thick enough to lay flat without the use of rubber rug mat underneath.

Rating it POOR because of the color. You can't really see it online - but there is A LOT of mustard yellow in this rug once you see it in person. I ended up returning it, and got the same rug, but in the GREY/MULTI. The quality of the rugs is great, they are thick enough to lay flat on their own without the use of rubber rug mat underneath. Also thick enough to vacuum without your vacuum sucking up the rug.

Great rug....however the color was wrong for my room. Had to return.

Love the colors - the background is a medium to light army green. Very neutral. And the blue is the perfect cerulean blue. High quality wool. It took a week for the mustiness or chemicals to dissipate, but now they're gone. Very much recommend.

Beautiful colors. Neutrals. May be a rough feel on your bare feet for some, but I think it is fine. The only issue is, after about 2 weeks, I noticed a pulled weave. I was able to thread and pull it through the underside. Have to watch to see if it snags easy with daily use.

I needed something that would stand out (without being tacky) in my foyer against a lot of dark wood, and this was perfect! The red color is beautiful and vibrant but the jute mutes it just enough. It's nice and thick so I think it will be durable enough for an entryway. The jute is slightly rough but comfortable to walk on. I definitely recommend an anti-slip rug pad. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because there are a couple pulls in the thread, but they aren't noticeable enough to bother me too much.

This was the perfect choice for a throw rug to protect the hardwood floor at our front door. We have a lake home so the casual, rustic look of this rug was just what we wanted. It is very thick and should be durable enough to stand up to the traffic. Don't forget the anti-skid mat - you'll need it.
