Good product
Was able to assemble without a second person, only difficult step in the whole process was putting the top on (took 2 attempts). Works well heating a 12’x18’ living room. Note: the fireplace remote is on the same frequency as several other electronics (Sony TV & Rogers Ignite remotes) so changing channels & volume up down can sometimes change the fireplace temp, brightness, and power on/off. The fireplace remote does NOT effect the other electronics though

This Electric Fireplace has a very realistic look. Better than many others that we looked at. The cabinet materials are good quality and once it was assembled, it is very solid and stable. The only caution is - pay close attention during assembly, there is one instruction that is not clear as to the orientation of one of the pieces. If you put it in backwards, you will have to disassemble and fix your mistake. Otherwise, good instructions. I highly recommend this product.

Unit was not the quality that was advertised..some panels were damaged, not drilled properly to line up with mating piece..had to use wood rasp to open notch for middle shelf..terrible to assemble. I would not buy this product again.

Cozy Corner Unit!
Love the heat that comes from this unit and particularly enjoy the individual temp settings (not just low/high). Pleased with purchase. Only one comment, the colour espresso does not describe this unit well. It is more a walnut/cherry mix. Decided to keep because I liked the design. Time to put together was approximately 30 minutes and had no issues along the way

The media center is more beautiful than i expected! It did arrive with some damage, on top that is easily disguised by placing the tv on it, and another spot on the base that i think we can easily repair ourselves. The only real drawback is the depth of the shelf that holds the electronics (Hopper). Shallower than expected

Ordered this online for our sunroom/tv family room. It arrived in two separate shipments (the tv stand itself and the fireplace insert) within 5 days. The fact it arrived so quickly during Christmas season was a bonus. The stand took me hour and a half to put together. The instructions are ok but could be a little more defined. Just take your time and double check. You only need the provided allen wrench and a phillips screw driver and flathead screw driver to turn the lock castings.
We love how it looks and the electric fireplace is really cozy and it can throw off some heat if you choose to use that feature. I have a 40" flat screen tv sitting on it now but it can accommodate up to a 55 inch one. Plenty of room for cable box and dvr player with portal in back for all wires. Great addition to our home.
