The Flame Chateau came in two shipments. Each from a different location. Came on two different days. Home Depot sent emails detailing that so no concerns. The fireplace went together well. The wood is softwood so be careful to not over tighten. The threaded inserts can pull out. Anticipating that the manufacturer wisely includes two oversized inserts with screws in case you do over tighten.
This unit was bought to warm the far opposite corner in a very large room (26’ x 26’). The room has a gas space heater without a fan. My wife sits in the far opposite corner. She gets cold so bought this nice looking faux fireplace to warm that corner. We had a large floor heater. Getting this freed up the floor space and used a dead corner. Our install looks just like the photo.

Great Product!
This fireplace is wonderful! The room it's in, is usually the coldest room in the house. The heat from the fireplace has taken the chill out of the room. Easy to assemble, looks great!

Fireplace was everything we wanted and at a good price. We had shopped around for some time and decided on the one from Home Depot. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fireplace.

GREAT LOOKING CABINET. HEAT FEELS GREAT
I purchased this fireplace to replace a corner shower. The cabinet (the wooden structure), is very nice. I have a few other electric fireplaces throughout this home, which look 100% real but this firebox and flames do not look real. It's still a good buy and I would still recommend it if you're looking for something to throw off a nice amount of heat.

I am very please with my dark walnut corner fireplace. The delivery was a couple of days. It was not difficult to assemble, took me just over an hour. I feel the quality is quite nice for what it is. Heats up the room and makes it cozy.
