I was missing one white bracket

The rain handlers were very easy and quick to install. We had them installed around our entire house in a afternoon.

Easy to install but doesn't work as described. The rain water DOES NOT disperse as advertised. I should've taken these back for a refund but over a month passed during a short draught before I got a hard enough rain to see how it was going to perform.

Did work. Too many icicles creating hazardous black ice on my sidewalks. Going back to gutters

We installed these gutters recently and found that they worked well diverting the water away from our house. They were easy to cut with tin snips as we had a couple of areas where the distance was less than 5 feet.

Easy to install but several car damaged in the boxes which I didn’t see until I was installing the last few pieces. The box showed no damage. They bent very easily. They need a better system to line up or connect the pieces together it’s hard to line them up next to each section.

Simple to install. It seems to be working well.

The product was what I expected, but two issues: 1) My multi-pack was short two packages of brackets...thankfully I didn't need them and 2) I ended up having to buy the Drip Edge Extenders, because my roofs drip edge was less than the required 1.5 inches and rain was not hitting the gutters.

They seem to do the job. Very easy to install but I'm concerned about the durability. They are very flimsy. They are also over priced.

we needed fascia extensions and had to find them from the company. You should carry the accessories. Otherwise, I should have ordered everything direct from the company.

I gave these rain gutter alternatives a "Good" rating based on a small amount of rain that we have received since we put them up. They do seem to break up the water stream into smaller drops as it's suppose to, but until we have a larger amount of rain, I will withold a rating of excellent.

installation was easy!

Love the ease of installation. Only thing I would suggest is make them wider or during installation use thicker faca. We have a tin roof and it was missing the rain handler so we took down the ones installed and added a faca on top the one already up and it works great. Just a tip.

Easy install after obtaining all the needed parts. Rainhandler does a poor job of informing their sales outlets of the extra parts required for various pitch roof lines. Home Depot had to call the factory to get the needed information and then order directly from the factory.

Easy to mount but need to be careful to keep them straight (since they're only 5' long). Putting many together along a lower roof line, like a porch, will quickly show off slight variations in height. They look pretty good too, not very noticeable (like gutters). It would be nice to have a rain diverter (a 5-10' flat but angled piece mounted under the shingles to divert water away from a doorway under the roof) available to purchase along with these. They work well to get rid of drip lines, although it would be nice to have slightly longer brackets that would mount them a little further out from the fascia, heavy rain will sometimes overshoot them since they don't stick out very far. Happy with the results.

I had previously bought this product and it works well. When I built an addition on the home, I needed more. Arrived in about two weeks after ordering. Very pleased. The only downside I can think of is alignment of each section with the other.

Fairly easy to install. I especially liked the thoughtful idea of putting an extra screw in each packet of brackets and screws.

We needed something but getting too old to clean out gutters...the Rainhandlers didn't take long to install.. just needed a few things to install them. Can't wait until it rains tonight to see how they handle the rain.
