Timer operates as expected and similar to my prior timer. The timer was easy to install. However, the program instructions were a bit difficult to follow. Apparently, I may have programed the timer incorrectly as the sprinklers recycle after the first watering. I will need to reprogram I imagine to correct this issue.

I replaced an older Rainbird controler with this one, the installation as easy and i had no issues. The reprogramming was easy and it works perfectly.

So far so good. I've only had it installed for about a week. My gardener installed it and the first day it was suppose to turn the sprinklers on, it didn't. But, I was able to read through the instruction and easily discover the problem: he had not set the date properly so the unit as programmed to function on a date that had already passed. So if I could figure it out, the unit is pretty easy to program and operate.

Very easy to setup and gives the most possible flexibility for each zone. Big upgrade from my previous control system.

Very easy to install. If you don't need all the bells and whistles and have it indoors, then this is for you.

This is the easiest sprinkler controller to program. I just bought my second one to replace a older orbit controller

Backup battery should be replaceable. Simple to program.

Finally an irrigation timer that does it all, each year after thatching and seeding our lawn I had to run our old Orbit timer several times a day manually and redo the run times to adapt for seedlings and not run all 6 zones when I only needed to run 3 zones for a short time. As our timer was in the basement I got a real workout for zone changing and times each zone ran as opposed to a regular schedule. This great timer does it all first aside from it's great display (which I can easily read even in the low light of the basement) it's so simple to use. The days as well as the (program/time) time to start is a piece of cake. I scheduled normal watering 6AM and the new seedling areas 3 separate zones for shorter run times and 12:30 PM start and last the seedling areas again at 5 PM. This unit is by far the easiest to use, most flexible for zone management as well as program start times and believe me we've used them all. I think you'll really like the ease and great function of this unit. (a wife stuck programming these units for the boss who does the heavy yardwork :).

One station plug in was not working. No electricity would go to valve. Also the clock would go off and on.

I installed it and I think it works but don't need to water the lawn now so i'll have to see when I turn it on.
