One of the four bulb recepticles is mounted crooked. I couldn't detect this until light fixture was fully installed. Too much trouble to take it down and return it so I guess I am stuck with this.

wanted something to hang over my kitchen talbe and this fits perfect very pretty and not too big and love the design and the frosted globes!

We are very happy with the look and quality of this chandelier. However, the provided instructions were no where near adequate for installing the light. Parts identified in the provided instructions were not in the package and we ended up bending & twisting the chain to create hooks to hang the light. Perhaps this is what the manufacturer intended, but the instructions in no way made that clear. Love the finished product, however!

Pros: beautiful, gives off lots of light with just 60 watt bulbs, just as pictured Cons: takes some adjustment to get all of the arms and cups in place and even after hanging (it is shipped all folded up); it's not physically difficult to adjust but just takes a while to even everything up

This chandelier was a dramatic improvement over our last one and is really beautiful. The installation instructions are pretty crummy (no real text and a few parts are poorly diagrammed), but I had no trouble installing the light in about an hour. Great lighting. I would gladly buy this again. Shipping took about 3 days.

Beautiful light. Quality. It could use better instalation instructions.

This chandelier appears just as pictured on-line. The finish is a true brushed-nickel and hangs beautifully in my dining room.
