Q:Can this be hung outside as our main entrance lighting?

A:  You could. I hung this lights in my dining room. I think this is too small for double height entrance, and it is too low for single floor entrance. Hopefully these are helpful for you.

        A:  The minimum hanging length for a chandelier is 30-34 inches below an 8 foot ceiling. For each additional foot of ceiling height, add 3 inches.
