Too much assembly required and it was missing parts. We returned it.

There was only about 3 ft of chain to hang the lamp and not the 72 inches stated in the specifications.

chandelier was easy to assemble but we had to buy extra chain because the included chain was not long enough for hanging in our foyer. otherwise it looks really good in our 2 story foyer

This is an excellent chandelier in every respect, well designed and well made. I did considerable shopping around at my various suppliers, and their prices for an apparently comparable fixture were at least twice what I paid for this one. Installation is fairly easy provided you don't have a shallow ceiling box.

The instructions on how to put this product together and then install it leave a lot to be desired. Let an electrician do it! I don't think the engineer who disigned it ever tried using the instructions (just a picture).

I have had this same style in a gold it was a six light style Came with gold plastic cups too make the Candle look like a candle holder. The gold chain was longer then 3' the chome chain that comes with this is too short. You need to purchase longer chain which cost $30.00 too long

Chandelier was lightweight, cheap. I am going to return it to Home Depot.

It is a smaller size and fits the area I have. I like that it is not too tall. The candles are crooked though and I wish they were straight.

This was a replacement for an exact same chandelier on which one connector broke. The new version is just what I was hoping to find.

We own an old English Tudor in the country. I wanted something rustic and so we bought two of these to go in our large dining room...have had these for 5 years and I love them. For some reason it can be a challenge to find light fixtures that are a true bronze and not just painted brown. These are a true oil rubbed bronze. Work well with dimmers

Not what I expected at all. Wasn't polished brass, it was polished plastic. Cheap piece of imitation brass. I returned it.

Looks good in my dining room. Much better than the ceiling fan I never used. It's on a dimmer for dining. Very nice. I've ordered another for my main stairwell.

I bought this Chandelier 18 years ago when I lived in Lake Worth, FL and loved it, and so when I moved to Ocala, FL I wanted the same chandelier because I have the shades which match my decor. The man who was to install it was away for Thanksgiving, and now I have been ill the last few days with food poisoning. You can imagine my astonishment when I opened the box The one I had purchased previously was assembled and ready to hand. This was a mixed up mess of pieces all of which were taped with shipping tape to a square piece of corrugated cardboard. When we finally got the tape off (about an hour later) it was obvious that this was a returned product, as the copper wiring was frayed and broken. I didn't appreciate having to pay double for an inferior :unusable product. I know it is 18 years later, and I expected to pay more (I am a former purchasing agent.) but I expected to receive a quality product. I would like an RA # (Return Authorization), Shipping label, and shipping instructions, so I can return this item and get an acceptable chandelier. Please reply with instructions. \ .

I purchased the 5 light chandelier & liked it so much that I then ordered the 3 light chandelier for my foyer. I needed the shorter height light fixtures -- these are hard to find. These two Progress fixtures work fine, look great. I like the bronze finish -- it works well with my western themed rooms. I installed a dimmer switch for both chandeliers.

I needed a shorter height chandelier (which is hard to find). This works just fine and looks elegant. I like the bronze finish with my western look room.

The little chandelier was the perfect size for where I wanted it put in.

The small pans under the candlestick lights, under the chain and at the ceiling are fairly thin metal. The chain is fairly thick and I looked at a You Tube video to see how to open the links to get the length correct so that I did not damage the surface of the chains too much. I recommend putting several layers of cloth between the link and the pliers that are used to open and close the chain. Some of the lights were not totally horizontal at delivery, but could be twisted to make look proper when hung. Instructions were intended for multi-lingual use and were difficult to understand at first. Product was light enough to install without assistance -- only a chair on a pad on the dining room table to support the fixture at the right height. The finished product looks nice in my dining room with stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen.

Product was quite appropiate for the purpose. Assembly was normal ease. Make chain at least 12 in.longer. Not sure I would buy Progressive product again.
