The chandelier came in perfect shape , was easy to install and looks beautiful. We had a older chandelier that we payed 3 times a much and this one looks much better , it was delivered very fast and we are very pleased .

I had a licensed electrician install this. He said it was super easy to install. Plus.....i replaced the original 8 candle fixture with this 6 candle fixture only because the 8 was out of stock. I was excited i could find the identical chandelier that was originally installed in 1971!

The problem is not with its final appearance (It's the second one I ordered, having returned the first because its finish was scratched. The reorder went fine.) but with the product's assembled quality. This is usually a one hour job, maybe two. In attempting to install it, it fell apart. Because I needed it NOW, I set abut to disassemble and reassemble it, which turned out to be quite a chore, totaling just about nine hours of labor (and I do know what I'm doing). I ended up salvaging a few parts from the chandelier I was replacing, which was from the same company but 20+ years old, because those parts were more substantial, and now it looks exactly like the manufacturer's photo. Oh, and I used LED "flame" bulbs. So, it was worth the effort, but I'd hate to figure its actual cost in labor hours. One final comment. I would suggest getting ahold of a chain plier to do the hanging.

Very nice chandelier that suits our colonial decor. It was a little lighter in weight than I thought it would be. We had to buy extra chain as it is swagged.

While the directions were very minimal, I was able to assemble and install the light in around an hour.

The threaded rod for the bottom piece was too long. Could not get the bottom part to snug up before it bottomed out in the nut. Returning!

You have to assemble the fixture, but if you can wire it, no problem. Absolutely beautiful. Love it! Once in a while Americans have to do something for themselves.

I was disappointed that there were tarnish spots on the globe portion of the fixture that I could not reprove with brass polish.

Exactly what I was looking for. Replaced a dining room vintage crystal chandlier in my 1928 brick 2 flat in Chicago. It's perfect! Understated & classy. The "candles" are cheesey looking so I wrapped them with black & white scrapbook paper. Much better now
