The balusters themselves seem to be built well. A few had some of the black coating peeling off around the screw holes right out of the box. The reason I gave low rating was because the screws were of very poor quality. The heads kept snapping off during installation which was extremely frustrating. Sadly, this brand is sold everywhere by everybody so it was hard to find another product that wasn't three times the price. I am only recommending this product as a bargain basement option. You will break screws off so be prepared to go buy replacements and they wont match the finish. Poor junk from China as usual.

I have been wanting to buy these for quite some time, but could not talk myself into spending $400.00 for deck balusters, however, now I am so glad I did it. They look amazing, so classy and they match the deck rail I had installed last year perfectly. They are very easy to install, use a 2X4 for spacing. I highly recommend these if you want your deck to be outstanding and not like everyone elses! The only complaints are you have to buy a minimum of 14, which I only needed 8 more to finish and also they sent some broken screws and not any extra which is a bit of a pain in the rear.

My deck was in terrible shape. The railing was made out of wood and had rotten. My contractor Builder Bob suggested I replace them with aluminum rails that will look great for years to come. They were easy to install and won't need to be painted. I looked around in other stores but their rails were more expensive. Thank you Home Depot for saving me money. Sherry Newlon Ft. We are very satisfied with these balusters. They are a perfect match for the ones on the other deck. They are sturdy and look great.

Arch Balusters came with all the necessary installation materials and were packed to prevent damage. After receiving we had to adjust our deck design, we did not realize that due to the 32" length you had to use 6" wide boards in order to meet height code. We originally wanted to use 2 x 4's but the height would have been too low. Finished product looks great!

Got the balusters as ordered delivered on time, reasonably priced, was able to complete project on time.

Have not installed yet but the balusters seem to be of good quality in terms of paint and fasteners.

Looking for a good deal on balusters to customize a deck and this fits the job. Delivered on time with fasteners included. I will post pictures later for future customers and deck builders.

I was a little concerned when i unpacked the box because they weren't all uniform in shape, but once they were up they looked really good. The spindles were easy to install, but the screws could be a little more heavy duty. Be careful not to snap the heads off. I got them on sale so I think they were a good value.

put up 3 boxes of balusters and managed to only twist off 2 screws. this was what I need to complete my deck. Easy enough for any diy.

Easy to install, big upgrade over builder wood. I recommend that you put a trim piece over the screws. Much cleaner look.

We absolutely love theses balusters!! They make the look of a deck more upscale and actually make the deck look bigger since they bow out. We took the advise of a previous post and didn't use the screws that came in the box, and bought new screws at Home Depot. Everyone that sees our deck comments on how they love the balusters!!

Great look for relatively inexpensive cost. Easy to install....only issue is some of the screws were weak/snapped. But not big enough issue to effect overall look and quality.

I have purchased 5 sets of these and they are all the same quality and color. The only thing other than they are a little costly is that they come with exactly the correct number of screws.

These are beautiful, and serve the purpose very well. Installation steps: 1- Open box, 2 - locate bag of mounting screws, 3 - throw away bag of mounting screws. 4 - buy separate 1.5" deck screws, 5 - install ballusters. Seriously, the mounting screws, with the square fitting were horrible. At least 25% of the screws were filled with the anodized paint so a bit would not fit in them, thus trying to screw them into cedar (note a very soft wood) would result in stripping out the bolt. I ordered 10 boxes, so this was not a scenario for just one package, as all 10 had a high % of wasted screws. If the company would invest in better mounting hardware/screws, this would be a 5 star product. This is the second product I have purchased from this same company which had poor mounting hardware. Note, installing these takes a good bit of time, although I would not blame the product for this, just keep in mind that installing 1 box of 15 takes roughly 1 hour. Otherwise, these balusters look awesome and I've received tons of compliements.

I was looking for a little different look on our deck insterad of wood spindles. These balusters really made a big difference. It really gives our deck a nice look. Very Pleased!!!!!

Purchased this product for a deck remodel and they fit the bill nicely. They look good and are easy to install. The product comes with everything you need to install it. Some of them were slightly bent but I was able to straighten them out and had no problems. I will be purchasing more of them to finish my remodel.

Very happy to have purchased these balusters. They significantly enhanced the beauty of my deck by giving it a more custom look compared to decks using standard 2x2s. The aluminum construction and powder coat finish will reduce the overall maintenance demands of the the deck for years to come. Well worth the added expense!

I really liked working with these balusters. My teenage son and I were able to install over 100 of these easily. Overall, the product quality was good. A few of the balusters arch was bigger/smaller than the others. To be honest, it's not noticable unless you are looking for flaws. It was much cheaper to order online than to buy these at the store and because I used shop discover, I got an additional cash back bonus. The appearance of our railing is very attractive using these balusters.

I installed these on my pressure treated wood deck. I didn't want 1x1 wood balusters (they weather very quickly, in my experience) so I went with these. These cost more, but I like the more upscale look they give to a wooden deck. One word of advice: when I was about halfway through installing them (I put up about 100), my wife noticed that the arches that bow out weren't lining up when you looked at them from the side. It turns out that the flat sections on the top and bottom are slightly different lengths. I wish it was mentioned in the instructions, but they were easy enough to unscrew and put right-side up so they curves all matched (the screws holes are identical on the top and bottom). So, if you buy these, you can save yourself a few minutes and install them right the first time.

These balusters were easy to install and were shipped to my house in about 5 days. They arrived much sooner than expected. They look great and are very durable! My deck looks new without too much work or expense!

I used these on my deck because I wanted aluminum material. They are excellent quality. I even accidentally ran over a package of them with my car and they were undamaged. They were easy install and look great. 1 of the 100 balusters had holes that were double drilled.

Overall the quality of these balusters was excellent! The finish and grade of aluminum are very durable. The only reason I couldn't give them a perfect 5 was that the decorative crews provided were a 1/4" too long and went all the way through my top and bottom rails! I had to purchase a box of black drywall screws to replace the ones that came with the balusters so that I could install them without seeing the screw tips exposed on the inside of the rails.

Our project was a family event, that was educational, fun, and gave us the opportunity to spend some extra time together. With all of our effort and time we spent in building our 26' x 26' deck, my wife & I wanted to make sure that we gave our deck a touch of class and this product performed above our expectations.

I used nearly 100 of these balusters on our deck. They are easy to install, look great and hold up under weather. I wish the manufacturer would include a few extras screws and washers because you may drop and potentially lose them.
