We are not that happy with this product. It arrived quickly, the measurements were correct and it was easy to install. There were two issues though. First, the paint was very light on one part of the interior handle and you can see the black underneath. I should have returned it for this reason but didn’t feel like going through the hassle. It is also not that sturdy. It works fine but just a little wobbly when you pull on it so doesn’t seem as firm and durable as our previous one.

The product was exactly what I needed. I had a professional install it and everything went smoothly.

I was using this handle to replace the OEM handle that had corroded. This handle was almost identical to the original and did fit the original bolt holes so took minutes to replace. We'll see if the paint on this one lasts longer than the original which was very disappointing.

Very sturdy and the lock is adjustable to fit the holes that were previously there.

It was the wrong size. If it were the correct size it would have worked just fine.

I expected that this would include a complete locking mechanism. Instead it was just handles and exterior trim to work with an existing locking mechanism.

Easy to install. Perfect fit.

This cam with 2 sets of screws (short and long). The short screws were way too short for my door. The long screws were slightly too long, but usable. I plan to replace them with shorter screws soon because the handle is a little loose.

Good handle, easy to install. Not sure why it's so expensive but I needed it.

The door is nice. I need an extra 1/4 inch on the screws. It was impossible to see what screws were needed so had to call Prime line customer care then search and order a $1 screw off of Home Depot and pay $6 shipping for that.

A good replacement. The hole spacing was an exact fit for my door.

Works as advertised. The screws supplied were either too long or too short. I was able to salvage screws off the old handle.

cheap plastic for expensive cost, poor value

The screws are not long enough to catch the outside handle. This should come with different lengths to accommodate. very frustrating!
