Pneumatic wheel axle assemblies is a little sloppy otherwise it's an excellent cart

While the product looks great, the metal was so soft it was bending when the screws were tightened. The package was also missing pieces. We just returned the whole thing and got our money back.

Assembly easy and works well

Have had it outside a few weeks now and handle already showing rust spots

THE HANDLE THAT GOES INTO THE FRAME HANDLES ONCE TIGHTENED UP STILL IS LOOSE AND MOVES. IT'S OK BUT A POOR FIT, NOT AS STURDY AS MY OLDER ONE.

I like the design, mobility & features, but the metal fittings started corroding very quickly so it spurts all over & taping can do just so much--very poor quality.

Box was delivered damaged, with both axels missing. Tried calling service number, but it was always closed when I was able to call. I had to finally fabricate/replace the parts myself. I like the cart now, but wouldn't have bought if I'd known.

Could not put together because of missing parts (also terrible instructions - steps missing) . Called Customer service 3 times in three weeks and still don't have the parts they promised or ahwhose reel cart that is useable

This hose reel was delivered with some of the major parts missing. I informed the person at the number in the directions and it took two calls and tow deliveries and more than a week to get all the parts needed.

I have not received the missing parts yet to put it together, so unable to rate.

So far so good , was easy to put together . Have had this item over a month and no leaks.

This is the 2nd cart I have purchased. Very sturdy, all metal, easy to move on its big wheels and the crank handle saves you untold time tidying up your hoses. Easily holds 200 feet of hose with room to spare.. The first cart was a little hard to put together...took my very handy handyman about 1 1/2 hours. This one took about an hour. It isn't that hard, there are just a lot of pieces. If you have a large yard like mine this is a good purchase! The water hoses are now centralized at 2 location and reach all parts of the property from the water storage tanks.

It is kind of rickety. The axels are too wide, so the tires wobble slightly. the handles fit loosely, so water gets in and starts rust almost immediately. The basket is badly bent, have to try to beat it back in shape before it can be attached

Only 3 months old and starting to rust in some joints. Not a good sign.

Received well packaged and on time. Assembly is extremely easy, and is sturdy. The only problem was missing axles. So to attach the wheels, I purchased 4 bolts, 4 washers, and 4 nuts from the local hardware store to improvise individual wheel axles. Back in business.

I purchased this cart because we have a triangle shaped city park. At each corner of the park is a garden. In the middle of the east side of the park is a gazebo with plants and shrubs around it. Members of the community work in different sections sometimes ina planned venture.. we use the cart to deliver water to these 4 sections. Homeowners close to each section provide the water. The cart is a workhorse! Many neighbors wheel it over to their section to water it. It's great...easy to move across grass...easy to wind up..we love it!

I wish it spread itself evenly. It's durable and easy to move though!

Easy to assemble well worth the $$

parts missing (axels), leak at main water tube , sent wrong axels. still do not have a hose cart.my 10 year old one dose not leak or roll as bad as my NEW cart.

The hose reel cart was comparatively easy to assemble and went beyond meeting our needs. It accommodates our heavy duty hose and facilitates relocation and storage. We use it extensively on a daily basis. I recommend it as a purchase to anyone seeking quality and good value.

Excellent quality, few extra screws, nuts and washers, but that happens often anymore with products you have to assemble. Assembly was easy, clearly outlined with the instructions provided. Definitely easy to use, as the large tires make it easy to navigate. The basket catches all those nozzles everyone uses. Only recommendation, something to hook a nozzle to after using, thus allowing it to stay on the cart and attached to the hose. Overall though, happy with the purchase, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a similar product.

Easy on my back, air tires flow easily....to reel the hose in... is super easy ...do to large wheel, easy handle, there nothing I can say ..bad about the hose reel cart !!

The instruction booklet is one of the worst I've ever had to deal with. Once I assembled it I was pleased with how well it!s put together. I hand an earlier model that rusted away after two or three years. This one looks like it will las longer than that.

This started rusting about a month after I go it. An outdoor hose real that rusts?!?! Also, if you have to put it together like I did, the connection of the hose to the cart is not easy. The threaded hose connection needs to be bent a little further so you can easily connect the hose.

I purchase this item 1 1/2 years ago after many plastic hose carts. I didn't have too much difficulty putting it together. (I'm a 69 year old woman) I haven't had any problems yet. I like it so much I am getting one for my son for Christmas. Well worth the price. The reason I gave it a 4 you have to inflate the tires.

Purchased in January 2015, after receiving a gift card for Christmas. Did not get to use it until Spring of this year. After two weeks use, the water coupling tube, which has a rubber gasket and a screw seal about half way down the tube, split apart and water started spraying everywhere. So I took it back to Home Depot to replace. Unfortunately, I was a week past the 90-day cut off for returns, so they would not take it back. So I called Precision Products, the manufacturer. After leaving a voicemail, I received no return call. Then I emailed them. It took weeks to get a response, and then all I received was a note saying that they would send a new water coupling assembly. Another two weeks passed and nothing, so I wrote back. That prompted me to get the new water coupling assembly. By now it is June of 2015... I replaced the water coupling myself, which took a lot of work because in order to replace it, you have to tear the unit apart and rebuild it from scratch. (What a pain!). Then I got about a months use out of the hose reel and viola! it split at the exact same spot on the new unit... Now all I want is my money back! This thing is a piece of P00P!, and Precision Products is doing a horrible job of customer service. Spend the extra dollars and buy a better unit. It's got to be better than this headache!

Cart is well built, and does not tip over when the hose is uncoiled.

Out of the box one of the tires was flat and would not inflate. I emailed Precision and they sent me a replacement tire, but the wrong kind. Directions were hard to read and poor graphics. Once I hooked it up it leaked real bad, even after replacing the rubber washers. If I could send it back I would..
