was very excited with my purchase. Painting was effortless. Noticed a problem when installing. I don't know whats off...the cuts or the slats.

The shutters are Quality made and look nice.They arrived on time.The only thing I might change.Would be having a option to have them primmer or painted you need a paint gun to make it look nice.

Would be nice if they came pre-primed. One slat was slightly warped. Otherwise a good value - bought to replace a pair.

The shutters are in perfect condition.

After I sanded, primed, painted and tried to install I found the the bottom board on one was 3 inches and the other 2 inches. I could have matched the bottom boards but the louviers would have been in opposite directions. Poor construction supervision. Not worth the time to take them back and start all over again.

Dimensions were exact. Fit was good on two shutters which required only a little wood filler and very poor on two others which I returned. With a bit more quality control, this is a good product

GOOD QUALITY FOR THE PRICE

Could not be happier with these shutters! The construction, fit and finish was beyond my expectations for the price of them. We replaced 4 pair of shutters for not much more than vinyl and wood shutters always look much better.

Product arrived promptly and as ordered. Great price for wooden shutters.

The shutters seem to be made well. After prime and paint we should get at the least 10yrs. out of them on exterior. I haven't shopped wooden louvered shutters in a while so please understand my concerns for price range and build over plastic.

Arrived in good shape, took paint well. We had to cut out areas for mounting, but looks nice finished.

The shutters arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition. I ordered one pair in order to cut them in half to make 2 pairs for my short 25” windows as I wanted just one-panel shutters. This done, I primed and painted them a very very deep purple for my new green house. If I were to do this again, I’d order a flat panel, not louvered as they are a bear to paint!! But - thank you Home Depot for great service and quality!
